Great customer service I called the Rosalyn at about 11am on Tuesday and told her I was interested in purchasing a Mazda CX9 with the exterior and interior color I wanted an I called the Rosalyn at about 11am on Tuesday and told her I was interested in purchasing a Mazda CX9 with the exterior and interior color I wanted and that I didn't want to spend 3 to 4 hours in the dealer. And that afternoon at 4:30 she informed me that she had the vehicle that I requested. The price she quoted was very reasonable and I picked up the car that afternoon. Waiting time at the dealer was very reasonable. All the paper was done an hour and half. Mr. Nelson Rodriguez was very helpful, he explained how the vehicle worked and connected our phones to the vehicle. The finance manager explained and offered us a very reasonable priced warranty that we purchased. The insurance agent Daniel helped us save a nice bundle on our insurance.
