I had just begun the "I need a a new car" process and absolutely amazed at the professionalism extended by Nelson Ramiz, Miguel Mejias, Miguel de Leon I had just begun the "I need a a new car" process and absolutely amazed at the professionalism extended by Nelson Ramiz, Miguel Mejias, Miguel de Leon (F&I) and Brian at the service center. The entire buying process was quick and painless. Nelson is a no nonsense closer so when I was undecided about making a solid commitment (my plans were to visit more dealers and buy over the weekend not THAT same day) he worked fast. He was committed to selling me THAT vehicle without being pushy and overbearing. He was knowledgable and as a female purchasing her 9th vehicle I felt very respected. I was well researched and he was armed with facts. He didn't appeal to my emotional side or try to get me to like him by disclosing my personal life (yes that actually happened at the dealer I had visited prior and ran out so fast they had to chase me in the parking lot to hand me that stupid stuffed animal they give people who test drive vehicles). I got more car than I had planned on, met my budget, and drove off in an amazing CPO vehicle that I felt safe in. Just doesn't get better than this. Ask for him. More

Recall and repair 2013 cx9 I am always apprehensive about bringing my car in for service and repairs because, well, I'm a 50 something lady who knows (next to) nothing about car I am always apprehensive about bringing my car in for service and repairs because, well, I'm a 50 something lady who knows (next to) nothing about cars and I'm always worried I'm going to get ripped off. I was immediately welcomed to the service center by everyone I met and had a wonderful service experience with Andy Wehmeyer. He explained everything that was going to be done for the recalls, and gave me proper estimates for what repairs needed to be done. My car drives like its new again :) I'm a die hard Mazda fan, (this is my 5th one! ) and I put 250,000 miles on my old 2003 Tribute, which I bought new. With good maintenance, I hope I'll get close to that with the CX9. I'm grateful to have found a team that I can trust. More

Dishonest I went in for a minor service, Bluetooth malfunction, and driver headlight out. I was told parts had to send out for a bulb. I waited 4 hours for I went in for a minor service, Bluetooth malfunction, and driver headlight out. I was told parts had to send out for a bulb. I waited 4 hours for service. I was told to fix the light it would cost $950 to change the bulb. Naturally, I said What? I was told the bulb didn’t work and I would need to come another day. Having waited that long, I did not want to come another day. I was told I could have a knock off put in next door at a car assessors business. I said fine. After I waited another 2 or so hours for two head light bulbs, I get in my 10 year old car and noticed my stereo system did not sound the same, but I figured I needed to adjust. On the way home I stopped and tried every configuration. All I could hear is a tinny dashboard speaker. I claim the Bose speaker was exchanged for a cheaper one. Can’t stand the sound. I know the sound of the beautiful Bose system. I drove back and confronted both Andy and Oscar, who both doubled talked. Meanwhile I had to go back the next morning to have the dimmer headlight aligned and complain about the speaker. When I left Oscar and stopped on the road, I couldn’t find the key. It was placed outside with the wiper. Could have flown off on highway, besides the time looking for it. Such a bad experience. I really felt xxxxed with. I probably should check if I have the tires I can in with. BTW, now my fog lights are yellow. Told they always were.?. Also, As I left Mazda the first time, I asked about the Bluetooth malfunction, Andy had forgotten. It was fixed in less than 5 minutes by a technician.. More
