The Sales Rep Zebastyan was phenomenal . Very knowledgeable and helpful. Our experience in the finance department was completely different. Not positive at all. We were preapproved with capit knowledgeable and helpful. Our experience in the finance department was completely different. Not positive at all. We were preapproved with capital one on our own. We were advised that you also work with capital one. However, when we visited the finance rep we were then advised that our loan could not be through capital one due to “internal problems”. Only after us almost walking away and not purchasing the car - we were finally advised the capital one would be possible. We find this incredibly unprofessional. More
