big mistake. difficult hour and waiting time I presented 4 days ago for first scheduled maintenance, had to reschedule appt multiple times due to difficult hours/waiting time(First time i arrived I presented 4 days ago for first scheduled maintenance, had to reschedule appt multiple times due to difficult hours/waiting time(First time i arrived with an appt I was told waiting time was 2 1/2 hours). This second time i spent a the dealer a little more than 1h which is not great but not bad either. For the past 2 days I have noted a burned oil smell inside the car when the AC in on but was not significant, until I decided to open the hood of my car today to find out the engine oil cap had been left open and oil had spilled to the surface above the engine and to the hood. I took pictures. More
