After my wife went sliding through an intersection due to a brake failure, we had to have our 2012 Mazda CX-9 towed to the dealership. Brandon Young informed us that this was due to a brake booster failure, a problem from the manufacturer that luckily, as of late Jun 2015, has not killed anyone. Brandon was nice enough and the repairs were completed within a reasonable time. We picked up our vehicle early Friday, but by late afternoon Friday, we began to notice some problems. Firstly, a light on the dashboard informed me that the traction control system (TCS) was turned off, and pressing the button would not reset it. Then, we found that the cruise control would not work, the auto power windows did not work, and lastly, to my horror, the brake lights were not working. I could have been pulled over and ticketed, or even worse been on the receiving end of a rear-end-collision. The level of incompetence at this dealership is unacceptable, this was not the first time we had to return to this service department because they had "forgotten" something. Another manufacturer failure in the AWD transfer case required replacement last year, and we had to return to the dealership after that repair as well because they had forgotten something. This vehicle currently only has ~54,000 miles on it, and was "supposedly" certified pre-owned when we bought it from this dealership one year ago. I will not return to Roswell Mazda, nor will I purchase a Mazda again once this vehicle is gone. More

"I just wanted to take a minute and let management know about my experience at Roswell Mazda today Jan 28, 2015 at around 1020am. My wife purchased an almost new Mazda from a local dealer while I was away doing some work overseas for the military. I wanted to find out what we needed to do regarding the warranty and routine maintenance. I decided to come by Roswell Mazda since it was near where she teaches. I was greeted immediately by a nice young man who asked how he could help. I explained the situation and he talk me through the process and gave me a nice printed packet of the maintenance schedule and prices. The other gentleman also inquired as to what information I was seeking and gave me even more explanation. I got everything I needed and all my questions answered in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner. Sadly I did not get these two employees names but it seemed they were only two on duty in the service area at the time. Roswell Mazda is near where my wife teaches but a bit far from where we live in Lawrenceville.. However based on the experience I had with your two employees in the Service Center I would gladly make the drive for service at your dealership. We looked forward to having our vehicles maintained there and also for future purchases of Mazda vehicles. Thanks!" More

Everything was explained to me up front... and there were no surprises. Brandon and Jonathon went out of their way to make me feel at ease about what my car needed, why, how much it would cost and how long it would take. Then they went beyond the call of duty and shared some great service numbers for roadside assistance and bluetooth assistance since this is a brand new car for me. I don't remember the mechanics name, but he even talked to me and explained the process and what the best route for me to take in servicing my car. I just felt that they genuinely cared for me, my car and my satisfaction. Refreshing! Even though they are not the closest dealer to me.... they have me for life! Sincerely, Ann Williams More
As a woman, you have to look out for those who attempt to take advantage of you by over charging and/or performing/not performing services. That is not my experience with Mazda of Roswell. Although I did not purchase my CX7 from them in 2006, I have always brought it to them with few exceptions. I have the utmost confidence in their service and character. They've taken good care of me and my CX7 for a number of years now. I look forward to continuing my service relationship with them for my new CX9 (but I don't expect to see them very much). Mazda puts out a great product. Mazda of Roswell is staffed with great people. I highly recommend their service department. More

I bought my Mazda in DelRay Beach Florida and the service dose not come close to Roswell , what ever your paying your customer service guys is not enough . Will get my next auto from Roswell Mazda . I purchased a used Miata in 2012 as a third vehicle and have been getting it serviced by Roswell Mazda ever since. I've had problems with other dealership's service in the past which often will drive me c have been getting it serviced by Roswell Mazda ever since. I've had problems with other dealership's service in the past which often will drive me completely away from the brand. However, at Rowell Mazda, the opposite has occurred. All of the service guys have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with, to the point that I am seriously considering trading in my Toyota for another Mazda just so I can deal exclusively with the service guys at Roswell Mazda for all my car issues. WOW!! After dealing with Honda for 11 years and numerous auto shops, I was absolutely amazed at the friendly and kind, personal interactions I had with 2 of the actual technicians! At Honda I never got to s auto shops, I was absolutely amazed at the friendly and kind, personal interactions I had with 2 of the actual technicians! At Honda I never got to speak with anyone that worked on my car. My approximately 30 minute wait was also 10 minutes! I used to spend half a day at Honda for an oil change. Personable and efficient !
