Bad billing for a car service I’ve been going here for car service for about an year or so. The last time i went there, I had a bad experience with respect to billing. No complaints there. Coming back to billing. When my wife left the car for 75K service due, an estimate for $273 was mentioned and she signed for it. But when the car was ready for pickup, an amount of $361 was due. But concerned, upon asking as to why there’s a $90+ difference, they tried to come up with some random explanations to justify that. However, upon speaking to another gentleman (who was really helpful and polite), was able to figure out the issue (partially) and reduce the billing up to $323. Still way more than the original estimate. He mentioned that the spark plug replacement (which is a part of 75K mileage service; should be inciuded per original explanation given to my wife prior to getting her to sign the initial estimate) was $30 and that it wasn’t a part of initial estimate amount. The polite service engineer was able to reduce the final bill to $323 apologizing for the wrong billing. I wasn’t pleased with how the other service people try to find reasons to justify the wrong billing rather than try to help the customers with genuine concerns. I’m now seriously thinking to go back to them. Very disappointed over the past experience. More

Customer service here is above and beyond I bought a brand new car here so, I went there to get my first oil change done (it’s FREE). The service staff was very friendly. They did oil change and a full inspection in less than an hour. When I drove Honda, it took me 2h at Gwinnett place Honda. I also bought all weather floor Matt. It was an easy buy. Good price, good quality, and John (Part stats) even offered to help me put them in my car. I also got my car washed and vacuumed for FREE!! So I’m very impressed by their quick service, friendliness, kindness, the above and beyon customer service of their staff. They treated me like a value customer. There was a misunderstanding happened but Charlie service manager stepped in and made everything right. I know that all the service centers will not be perfect but Mazda of Roswell service team responsible for the inconvenience they caused to customer. So they gave me sense of trust that they will always fix problem and improve their customer service. I would recommend to everybody to get a car service at Mazda of Roswell. More
