Service like it should be!! We had our CX-5 in for service this week and due to a problem that had happened a couple of times with the blower motor, Charlie was very quick to set We had our CX-5 in for service this week and due to a problem that had happened a couple of times with the blower motor, Charlie was very quick to set us up with a loaner vehicle and said they would take adequate time to properly diagnose the problem which is exactly what they did. From the day we drove in to the service bay, Connor was AMAZING!!! Once the repair work was done, we picked up our car and the battery was sluggish (which had been an issue prior to dropping it off but we failed to mention that to them). Immediately another young man service writer who was working that day offered us the loaner back so we could remain on schedule to see our son coming home from the military while they replaced the battery. Once we returned again to pick up the car, Connor was just amazing! Roswell Mazda has got the service part of service figured out. They treat you as if you were driving a high end luxury car. AND our Mazda had been washed for us. Part Two!!... We also own a brand new decked out Jeep Wrangler that needed routine maintenance and an issue checked out. The exact day we picked up our Mazda, we also went to the Jeep dealer about a mile away for that issue. They were short, rude, condescending on the phone even trying to book an appointment because they always remind their customers how "busy they are and they have not even had lunch yet". Entirely different level or lack of service. They kept asking were we needing the repair due to the vehicle being in an accident because if it was "it would not be covered by warranty". The Jeep is spotless, never in an accident, never off-roaded with or anything such as that. The loaner discussion was just unbelievable so we opted to not even bother with that as they wanted us to pay 35.00 a day to drive around with their advertising on the car we were paying for if for some reason the car needed to sit there for a day or two before they could get to it since the loaner was only covered on the exact day/days they worked on it. They could not tell us how many days before they could work on it. We immediately called Charlie at Mazda to just tell him what a fabulous job his team does as it was really brought home to us to see both sides of the coin in one day. If Roswell Mazda could service our Jeep under warranty, we wouldn't even go to the Jeep dealership. GOOD JOB MAZDA OF ROSWELL!! More

Great Service Needed my brake pads replaced and as promised my work was done it he same day. I was even give a loaner vehicle to use while they serviced the car.
