Was told they were busy so first appointment available was the next Thursday (five days later). Took in for my appointment. At end of Thursday they said they probably wouldn't be able to look at it for another 5 days because they were backed up. When I asked why did they give me an appointment time, they just shrugged. Two days later, they had still not even looked at my car so I picked it up and took it to a different shop where they diagnosed the issue and had it taken care of within four hours. Never received an explanation as to why it would take so long from Mazda. If this is the new level of Mazda Service, will not be back. More

Scheduled maintenance I used Mazda of Roswell's online service to schedule the Maintenance Services: Replace Rear Wiper Blade, 60k Mazda Recommended (S2), the Recall Servic I used Mazda of Roswell's online service to schedule the Maintenance Services: Replace Rear Wiper Blade, 60k Mazda Recommended (S2), the Recall Service: Mft Campaign/Safety Recall Notice: 18V-717Campaignid: 18V018 passenger Airbag with Connor Taylor. I also noted I needed the key fob battery replaced. I also noted that I should still get an included oil change and tire rotation (free) still under warranty. When I checked in, I mentioned to Alex I wanted to get the car interior cleaned. Another advisor said yes they could make sure it was complimentary while they did the service. They offered me a ride for us to get breakfast since we were waiting. On the way back, Alex called and was told I was at approx 60k miles and if I wanted more than the oil change? I stated, yes, that's why I scheduled online, the 60k service and reminded him of the quote it showed online for the service over $300. I was told it would be a few hours before my vehicle would be ready, so he offered me a loaner vehicle since I had prior engagement and wouldn't be back before they closed. I was also advised they didn't update my home address (I've been at my current address going on 3 yrs and only have my vehicle serviced at Mazda Roswell) They didn't have my car insurance info on file either, but I also advised they've gotten me a loaner and a rental before, so I wasn't sure why my information wasn't updated by now. I ended up hanging out in the customer lounge for several hours due to it raining heavily all day. I then checked with Alex to see if my vehicle was ready, so I wouldn't have to take the loaner car. He advised the vehicle still wasn't ready, so I told him I was leaving. About 10 mins later, I was about to park at my destination and I received a call from Alex that my vehicle was ready. I immediately went back since I didn't want to keep the loaner any longer than I had too. Upon getting into my vehicle after checking out, I instantly noticed the interior cleaning NEVER happened as the debris was still on the carpet and the rear wiper blade wasn't changed and neither service noted on the paperwork as originally requested. I've never had any real issues from the service department, but this experience really aggravated me since I know have to still make a special schedule to go somewhere to get my vehicle interior cleaned and my rear wiper blade changed. I don't have a rating for Connor as I don't know if he was there. More

Quicker than expected Came in for 25K service. Dropped it off. I expected it to be ready later in the day because I had actually forgot about the appointment, and arrived 3 Came in for 25K service. I got a call and an email telling my vehicle was ready. Usually at other service centers, I've always had to call them about the status of my vehicle. Even more maddening is the other service centers will say, "oh, it's been ready for a few hours." Quick service, plenty of notification about when the car was ready. I bought both of my Mazdas used from other places, but I will only have them serviced here. More
Lots of credit to Bobby Mack I showed up to drop my car off, but the person at the desk had just left. I walked into the dealership, because I traveled 30 minutes and didn't want to have to come back. Bobby Mack remembered me from May and walked over to greet me. I handed him my key and asked him to please make sure my car was serviced the next day. At 8AM the next day, I received a call from the service manager letting me know that he was working on my car, another call when my car was completed, and another call when I didn't respond (dealing with a sick kid). I truly appreciated the white glove treatment I got from the entire team, but would gladly recommend Bobby Mack for the outstanding service he consistently provides. More

Quick, Professional Service I have a 2019 Mazda CX-3 and I've been in for service twice (FIrst oil change and the Android Auto/Apple Car play update). Both visits were exactly as I have a 2019 Mazda CX-3 and I've been in for service twice (FIrst oil change and the Android Auto/Apple Car play update). Both visits were exactly as scheduled and quick. In the past 12 years I have purchased Acura, Jeep, Subaru, Ford, BMW and Tesla vehicles. Mazda of Rowell's service is among the best customer experiences I have had. Great job! More

However, I really have always felt like the service at this dealership is honest and the price isn't too bad. As a woman who knows she doesn't know things about her car, it's really important to me to feel like they're communicating with me and not just charging me for a bunch of things I don't need. I would recommend this place to my friends and family for sure. The waiting area is also pretty nice, there are snacks and drinks, free wifi and nice bathrooms, which meets all my criteria, anyway. More
