I am so sorry to hear this. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were backed up. I am so sorry that you were caught in this issue. I am even more frustrated that we did not address it properly while you were here and again at the time you showed your frustration. Please trust that we have addressed this with the service writer who assisted you. New to this position he is a bright shining star for us and I am confident he will not only rectify this issue but will become a great service writer. We have also resolved our service log back up and don't expect to run into this issue again. I sincerely hope that you will give us another shot at your business. We would hate to lose your business after so many years of taking care of you properly. We didn't build this new store to lose the customers who stuck with us through the old store and remodel. Please know that you can always reach out to me in the future if you ever have concerns.
