I actually live in NY. I drove from NY to GA and had a little trouble during my drive down. I brought my car into Mazda of Roswell and they looked over my car and determined that I had numerous problems little trouble during my drive down. I brought my car into Mazda of Roswell and they looked over my car and determined that I had numerous problems. I was on vacation, they saw the situation I was in and provided me with a loaner car. They showed me all the problems and showed me the parts in question and provided me with detailed information on how they were going to take care of my car. I am home in NY now and my Mazda is running well. What makes this service special is that I am not going to become a repeat customer and yet they saw the situation I was in and took excellent care of my vehicle knowing full well that I would not be coming back. I only wish that my dealership in NY took the time to provide me with the care that I received at Mazda of Roswell. After the service I received, I no longer feel that I am getting the service at my dealership. Mazda of Roswell is by far the best dealership/service I have ever encountered. I only wish I could be a repeat customer. They exhibit a high level of professionalism, quality and service mechanics who know what they are doing. Thanks again Jonathan and Corey!! More

He will even take extra time just to explain features on the car that were not explained at purchase. His attitude is always positive and reassuring. Searching online I could not figure out how to do what I wanted, but a couple of emails with Aaron brought a solution that greatly pleased me. We purchased a new Mazda CX5 and could not be happier so far. The best part of the experience was that on our first visit, a week before our purchase, we were allowed to walk out of the dealership to "t far. Lee Fritts walked us through the new car details, and answered all of our questions, and Jennifer helped us with all of the paper work...Everyone we spoke with was nice and very helpful. More
