They quoted some ungodly amount, so I took my mazda down the street to see what dealership would be. Not only were they much much lower, they took me right in. Thanks Brandon and the brake tech! More

Me And my husband do not live close but we decided to come here because of the prompt email responses from Destiny. We visited here on 7/25 and looked over the car and test drove it. Everything was fine. We were then told after waiting for the banks approval that I would need a cosigner which I did not want. So we left the dealership. Destiny called us and told us that Nate spoked to his manager Tony and we should come back. We arrived and got a wonderful offer. Signed the papers and got our car! Whenever my husband is in the market for a new car, this is definitely our first stop! Thanks Mazda of Roswell!! More
Bait and Switch, liars, typical car salesman trickery I emailed around to several dealerships prior to selecting Mazda of Roswell based on the price that I received from Aaron via email. When I arrived a I emailed around to several dealerships prior to selecting Mazda of Roswell based on the price that I received from Aaron via email. When I arrived at the dealership they switched the model that was negotiated for a model year older vehicle, When I pointed this out, they refused to honor the deal and engaged in typical car salesman trickery. I'd even go so far as to say that while I was there my iphone's ip address was kicked off the wi-fi as I initially had no trouble showing my emails to the salesman on my phone confirming what was emailed to me along with other offers from additional dealers for the same price, however, after there was an issue, my cell phone would no longer access the internet. I obviously can't confirm this, but I don't doubt they had something to do with it. I would avoid this dealership at all cost, unless of course, you are willing to get beaten up by the salesman and overpay for a vehicle. More
The worst thing a dealer has ever done to me Was in the day prior for the vehicle I drove 5 hrs to see . The next morning I was pre approved first thing , on the phone 3 way with the bank and was Was in the day prior for the vehicle I drove 5 hrs to see . The next morning I was pre approved first thing , on the phone 3 way with the bank and was the car is mine. I then called one last time before leaving out thank god I did before driving hours I had. 3 pm appointment and had hours to drive which they knew but was answer by the words the car has been sold and hung up on. Even the bank said that was the worst customer service. I am a military servicemen and serve this country currently and can't believe what's happening to this country in which we fight for, please seek another dealership for this could happen to you. More
Great place, great people I had a great experience at Mazda of Roswell. My boyfriend who was recently paralyzed was looking for used cars and ended up getting in over his head I had a great experience at Mazda of Roswell. My boyfriend who was recently paralyzed was looking for used cars and ended up getting in over his head and offering to buy a car off of impulse (which was not a mazda). Our sales man (Nate) was amazing and we were convinced we were doing the right thing. After sleeping on it, he realized he wasn't ready for a car like that and instantly starting to regret signing for it. We went back in the next morning ready to beg...not only did they allow us to change our mind, they gave us our deposit back for the car. Knowing that they don't ever do stuff like this, we know how much they really looked after us, from beginning to end. When we are ready to seriously look for a car, Mazda of Roswell will definitely be the first stop we make. Truly great, stand up people! More
Great experience for first-time buyer Mazda of Roswell was recommended to me by a friend, and because of the great experience I had, I have already recommended it to others. What I really Mazda of Roswell was recommended to me by a friend, and because of the great experience I had, I have already recommended it to others. What I really appreciated about Mazda of Roswell was the fact that they didn't try to manipulate or push me. As a first-time buyer, I was wary of the stereotypical car salesman approach but was pleasantly surprised by how different Mazda of Roswell was. Working with Jackie Jabbary was a pleasure. She was very considerate and seemed to really want to make sure that all my needs were met. She was patient and didn't try to pressure me, which I really appreciated. Also, she was great about answering all of my questions and walking me through the entire process. My only suggestion for improvement is making the internet pricing on the mobile site more clear. When I first viewed my car on Mazda of Roswell's mobile site, it listed the internet price which was significantly lower than the MSRP. However, when I arrived at the dealership, they said that the internet price was only valid if you qualified for certain rebates--a detail that wasn't explained on the mobile site. Going back to the mobile site, I saw that a different page (once you clicked through) mentioned that the internet price was "as low as" what was listed. Because the "as low as" part wasn't mentioned on the initial page, I felt that it was misleading. Overall, I highly recommend Mazda of Roswell and was very pleased with my experience! More

I paid 25,623.92 even though I had asked about any deals or incentives before we sat down. Extremely un-ethical. Yesterday I received an email from Ed Burgess. At the time I had no idea who he was. I'm still not positively sure who he is. His e-mail sounded like it was from the night watchman. More
Was he selling a car or inflating his ego? I think I can best help you understand what a miserable experience working with Aaron Gillison, Jr. was by using quotes. Is this the type of salespers I think I can best help you understand what a miserable experience working with Aaron Gillison, Jr. was by using quotes. Is this the type of salesperson or Mazda Dealership that you want to work with? "I won't toot my horn too much but you may want to check out the reviews online. I am the #1 Mazda sales person in the Region for a reason and Mazda pays me to work the autoshow each year because I know our product and our competitors." Aaron "...you could just as easily come here for a better Mazda experience..." Aaron "My whole job is knowing the product and making sure you have a great experience. Which kind of sucks because since this job change I'll lose my #1 sales person in the the SOuthEast Region title here soon. But now I get to work with every customer not just the ones I initiate contact with." Aaron "My wife is a secret shopper and every Mazda dealer she has gone to has failed that question." Aaron "it may help you to see them again and meet with someone who knows both vehicles before deciding." Aaron "I am not sure I agree with any of those statements but you have the right to them." Aaron "I don't know if you have recognized this yet but all the information you have read and received as well as what i have been telling you are only deflated by what appears to be a weak test drive experience at your local Mazda dealer. I warned of that before you went there." Aaron "We can all sell the car for the same price but I bring more product knowledge and a more informative purchase to the table." Aaron "My goal is to make sure that your experience with us is the best that you have had thus far. So again, if there is anything that you may need before you guys come to a final decision do not hesitate to let me know." Jasmin "Can I get someone else besides Aaron to work with? There is a big difference between being a good salesperson and someone who knows everything. I need the former, not the later, to speak with. I need someone who is willing to work with me, not argue with me." Me "I am sorry if you are getting offended by Jasmin not responding to you. I am the Internet Manager so there is not much she can add if you do not want to sepak with me." Aaron I also contacted Mazda regarding this and finally received a response from them on 4/30. I will be curious to see if they care how their customers feel about salespeople who belittle others to make themselves seem taller. We had a saying for this in my industry, we call it "Little Man Disease." It is my opinion this salesperson has it bad. More
