This was probably one of our best experiences purchasing a new car. Everyone there is very professional, no bull talk/hidden gimmicks, honest and they do what they say. Highly recommend. Aaron is a walking encyclopedia of anything Mazda and Anthony insured that I was comfortable with the car, as much as one can, expedited my deal and helped me 'switch' cars. I don't say this lightly - I hate buying cars and all of the BS that goes with it. I have never felt that way working with Roswell Mazda. I live in Snellville and drive a LONG way to work specifically with Roswell Mazda. I bring my car back for service because those in service make me feel important and respect my time. Have never spent more than an hour while my car is serviced. This is a 'different' dealership. More

Mazda RX-8 oil leak resolved I noticed oil on my garage floor soon after an oil change service at another service ctr. I took the car back to them and they were unable to locate I noticed oil on my garage floor soon after an oil change service at another service ctr. I took the car back to them and they were unable to locate the source of the leak. The service ctr recommended I take my car to a Maxda dealership- I chose Maxda of Roswell. Initially it was not apparent where he oil was coming from. I authorized that the top section if the engine be removed to allow greater visibility to the area in question. The EX-8 has an overflow tube and if oil is put into the engine too fast some may spill out. This is what happened in my situation. Thanks to the service consultants Rick and Patricia-so glad it wasn't something major. More

Very nice and fast Came for my first oil change and tire rotation since I purchased my car. Got me in on scheduled time and told me it would be an hour. It was. Took advantage of Just recently I bought a 2007 Mercedez Benz from this company. When I test drove the vehicle I noticed a loud sound, I told the sales agent about he s Just recently I bought a 2007 Mercedez Benz from this company. When I test drove the vehicle I noticed a loud sound, I told the sales agent about he stated that it was the engine. And due to it being the big body car it's going to be loud. I told him that doesn't sound right to me. (I have never had a Mercedez before so I'm thinking he is telling the truth). So I came back the next day got the car and and drove it for 5 days and noticed that the fan was coming on way too much. I called the dealership and the sales man told me to come In on Monday to have the vehicle looked at. On Monday I took my vehicle to a Mercedes auto repair shop and they looked at the vehicle and noticed that the vehicle fluids were mixed together. I took the vehicle to Mazda of Roswell like the salesman requested and told them what the other shop told me and even showed them the slime. They took the vehicle to have it looked at. I called Mazda several times to see who mixed the fluids in the car no one knew, they don't keep records of it. I asked them to pay for the filtering of the fluids they said no it's too much. They even ran my card early, when they gave me 3 weeks to get the rest of down deposite in. Out of all the people I talked to Will Gardner was the only person willing to help me. He tried his best to do what he could. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN More
