I was very impressed to hear that I had some mechanical issue that was fixed and was covered by powertrain warranty. Luigi said the maintenance was going be done by 4 but it was done much quicker. I was told that I would receive text message by certain day. This never happened. I did not receive any update unless I make a call. When I made a call, this lady told me she will call me back after checki day. This never happened. I did not receive any update unless I make a call. When I made a call, this lady told me she will call me back after checking the status of my car. This never happened. So next day, I called again to get an update.
