I had a great experience coming to this dealership and checked off a goal of mine this year to buying a car. I knew what car I wanted which the shop had but so much options! I can't give it a true rating since I only visited the service dept. once & not the sales dept. nor been there on multiple occasions. However, I can say my experience in the service dept. re my oil change service dept. once & not the sales dept. nor been there on multiple occasions. However, I can say my experience in the service dept. re my oil change was pretty good. It took an hour to complete the job (not bad). The service team were very courteous, helpful & treated me with respect & even smiled! They offered me coffee while I waited patiently in the waiting lobby but being rather an old bldg. the waiting room was very small & archaic. I'm sure they do have plans to remodel the entire facility creating more space for the service dept./service team & treasured customers in a nice open inviting waiting room that makes one wanna take their car even to change the air in their tires just to enjoy the brand new comfortable waiting area filled with plenty of cozy chairs, tables, wifi, coffee & am donuts/treats! Much like Norm Reeves Honda in W.Covina does! I really liked the pop-corn machine but can't say if it was good or bad cuz it was empty, maybe cuz it was early am but when is there a bad time for pop-corn; anytime is a good time for pop-corn! Nevertheless, I wanna thank Ocean Honda for putting their best foot forward in making me feel special & my good 'ol 2013 Accord. Geezo, they even offered to buy it! Wow, no one's ever asked to buy my car. I politely refused because it would be insane of me to sell a Honda that has never let me down, taken me everywhere I went without a hiccup & runs like a charm everytime all the time! But I do know this if do consider purchasing another Honda I will given Ocean Honda first dibs at earning my business! Afterall I can't wait to wait in their brand new waiting lobby for my first new oil change enjoying a hot fresh cup of coffee/donut or even some hot buttered pop-corn if I wanna feel daring one morning! 😊 To anyone willing to have endured this long written review; I recommend Ocean Honda for any of your vehicles needs/service or repairs. My assigned rep for service was Alex. He never called me to update me on the status. After leaving my car there on a Friday for 7 hours, I called for a status update. My car was in to have the AC repaired under warranty for the 2nd time. LEMONS are sour. More
