After 11 years of having my car serviced at ocean honda, i dissapointed in the quality of the service. Thr past two consecutive visits they returned my vehicle with issues creared by the technician. In Ma i dissapointed in the quality of the service. Thr past two consecutive visits they returned my vehicle with issues creared by the technician. In May 2024 they serviced coolent system, checked breaks and rotated tires. The technician over torqued one bolt and sheered. I drove it back after driving it out of parking lot. 3 months later i take it back to have cylinder 2, injector fuel replaced. They told me it was running great. I pick it up after the service deptment closes for the long weekend and in their patking lot I noticed the AC is not working. I took it back in yo check their work and bow they tell me its the compressor and condensor. The fact that they stated its running great yet when i get there I immediately notice the AC is not working does not give me confidence in this service department any more. I will likely not retutn to this service location even though it is in my neighborhood, nor would I recommend thrm to others. More
