Dropped my car off at 7:45 for an oil change and by 11:30 they hadn’t called me to let me know it was done. I call and find out that my car has been done for hours. This is the second time that this has happ they hadn’t called me to let me know it was done. I call and find out that my car has been done for hours. This is the second time that this has happened. And when I expressed this concern they wanted to make sure that my number was correct. (They check your number before you leave.) And the employee was just like sorry for the miscommunication. More
