In my past, I never owned a car for 5 years as I disliked servicing my vehicles as dealers where not to be trusted. Joe at Wesloh changed my attitude and it is always a pleasant experience dealing with Joe servicing my vehicles as dealers where not to be trusted. Joe at Wesloh changed my attitude and it is always a pleasant experience dealing with Joe and the service department. He is always fair and acurate and willing to help in any way possible. The team there always helps if I have any questions and for years now the pricing for service I receive is always reasonable. I trust Joe and the dealership which was something I never did prior. And I would not take my car to another dealership In fact, I have owned Honda's now for over 10 years and I just bought a new Honda Accord because of the service I had received from Joe and Wesloh. If it where not for Joe and the sevice team, I would have purchased another brand but Honda makes a very good automobile and Joe takes great care of my car. Trust is the biggest issue and I trust Joe as he has proved this to be true. More
Weseloh Honda by far has the Best customer service I have ever been experienced in a car dealership. I've been to other dealerships for service and they can't compare to Weseloh. There's a Honda dealership just up the street from my house, but I choose to drive all the way down to Weseloh for the service. I recently took my car in for the usual oil change. During the service they had found a leak and Joe S. informed me that I was still under Warranty and he recommend I take care of it before my car hit 60k miles or the warranty will not cover it. Unlike other places who don't tell you until it's no longer covered under the warranty. Weseloh pretty much saved me a 1,000 bucks, which they easily could of waited until my next oil change when I would of for sure surpassed the 60K mark. And when I did come back to take care of that leak Joe and Weseloh not only replaced the crankshaft oil seal, but also went ahead and replaced other seals to prevent any future leaks. And to top that off, they noticed my alignment was off and they also fixed that for Free. Talk about above and beyond service. Keep up the excellent work guys! Christian P. More

The Service & Parts Director, Mr. Kr been bringing our cars to Weseloh for servicing since 1999 because they know the value of a satisfied customer. The Service & Parts Director, Mr. Krause, sets the tone & everyone you interact with really does have satisfying the customer as their top priority. From the moment you pull up to when you drive off in a freshly washed car, you are treated in a courteous & efficient manner. They have always respected my concerns with time & budget by working with me when clearly itemizing the the job order. I have never brought a serviced car back due to a problem because the work has always been excellent. Weseloh honestly cares about their customers, that is why I am a returning customer. I'm happy for the opportunity to write this review because it is all true. More
