I would NEVER do business with them again. Nothing but lies lies lies, and fabricated stories from the salesman Bassam Eskaf to sales manager Mike Sewall. When caught red handed with proof and presented with evidence they did nothing but lie more, divert and ignore. Once they have your money you are nothing to them. Highly recommend going anywhere else and not doing business of any sort. More
Sam Hasan went above and beyond to help me get into a car that would fit my budget. I went into Wemouth Honda in search of more miles on my civic lease, which i had only had since march. I was greeted with a huge smile and an elbow bump by Daniel C! He sat down with me and asked me what i civic lease, which i had only had since march. I was greeted with a huge smile and an elbow bump by Daniel C! He sat down with me and asked me what i was looking for, my price range etc. After going over some options i decided to look at an SUV. The first one i looked at was way more than my price range and Daniel assured me i would leave happy and with a new vehicle that day! He went through every single vehicle on the lot, letting me test drive them and get a feel for something i would love but was still in my price range. Daniel did not give up once regardless of my situation being pretty tricky and my pesimistic attitude! he did everything in his power to make me happy and make a deal! when he finally pulled up a black accord sport with all the bells and whistles i knew that was the one! Daniel busted his butt to make this deal work to my terms. he accomplished everything i needed him to with care and attention and did not stop until i was pleased with the numbers and the deal! i would HIGHLY HIGHLY reccomend going and seeing Daniel C @ Ocean Honda Weymouth! He is absolutly amazing and will not stop until you, the customer is happy! More
Completely Satisfied with Ocean Honda Service I brought my car to Ocean Honda to have it serviced/repaired via a comprehensive claim through my insurance company. I can't thank Chuck & John in the I brought my car to Ocean Honda to have it serviced/repaired via a comprehensive claim through my insurance company. I can't thank Chuck & John in the service department enough for assisting me throughout the process. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the service department was closed when my car was towed in on a Saturday. John assisted me at the service desk anyway and answered my series of questions to ease my concern with the claim process and repair. I dealt with Chuck for the remainder of the process and he was very understanding, thoughtful and communicated with me frequently on the status of the repair. He kept my car in the garage at night and over the weekend to keep it safe to ease my worries and concerns. Normally they wouldn't of been able to do this, but due to the pandemic the repair volumes were low. I really appreciate both of them being so personable, thoughtful and knowledgeable about the entire process. My car is repaired better than I could image and I will be back for any of my Honda service needs. My trust in an auto repair/service relationship is very important to me. I've been belittled, ignored and spoken to with a condescending tone because I am a female and "don't know anything about cars." These guys treat people with respect and do great repair work. More

Asked me to leave my car overnight despite the fact I only needed to have a quick diagnostic due to “check engine” light. Clerk couldn’t understand why I #1 made an online reservation, #2 why I couldn’t leave car overnight, #3 didn’t I see how many cars they had waiting to be serviced, #4 next appoint available for checking a “check engine” light would be in 14 days. I sat in their lot, made a call to Boch at 11:15 a.m. and was asked if I could make their next appointment at noon! Arrived and was greeted like family and received quick service!! Ocean Honda.....goodbye. More
Ocean Honda of Weymouth is xxxx! 2 months ago I traded in my HRV lease for a Honda Civic. I want to say that I love the Civic and it's a great car , but please , I beg you , go to ano 2 months ago I traded in my HRV lease for a Honda Civic. I want to say that I love the Civic and it's a great car , but please , I beg you , go to another dealership. I'm 22 years old and I don't have a lot of knowledge regarding cars , which Ocean Honda of Weymouth quickly picked up on after speaking to me for a few minutes. After getting the car , a lot of my friends and family were concerned when they learned that I had been talked into paying 615 a month for a Honda Civic LEASE. I was not made aware of the price until I had signed the paper work , which , being an inexperienced buyer , I thought was normal. Come to find out , after talking to my friend who works prime, it was broken down to me that they had hid thousands and thousands of dollars into my lease. The sum of the amount I pay for the lease is almost more than the actual value of the car. I have gone in multiple times to try to resolve this. Finally , I brought my friend in to talk to them , as he is also a sales consultant. After my friend asked calmly to speak to the manager , the sales man that had sold me the car claimed that he was the manager (Bassam Eskaf) is the sales man that sold me my car and then lied about being the manager! He then told my friend that he would try to turn the lease into a finance, in which he would profit even more. My friend and I left and I then went to Mcgovern Honda. They were very helpful and helping me further understand how taken advantagr of I was. There is nothing I can do. I am struggling to pay my bills. please stay away from this dealership. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and telling all my friends to stay away. Go to a dealership like Prime or Mcgovern instead , where they actually care about their reputation and customer service. More
