I had a bad service experience with Weymouth Honda a few years ago. I was quoted a price for service on my Acura for $300. I took time off from work and drove there only to be told at the desk that they t years ago. I was quoted a price for service on my Acura for $300. I took time off from work and drove there only to be told at the desk that they thought it was a Honda when they quoted that price but since it was an Acura the price would be $500. An Acura IS a Honda. I walked out extremely angry after being treated so rudely, I couldn't believe it was actually happening. However, I was in the market for a new car a few weeks ago and went to Weymouth Honda just to test drive an Accord and CR-V. I stated firmly that all I wanted to do was test drive. I was planning on doing all the negotiating online with several dealerships. After the test drive I was pressured into talking about numbers and told I'd be given the best price anyone could offer me. I figured it was worth listening to. Three hours later, after the typical runaround and the salesman leaving me for 20 minutes at a time to "go to the other room and see what I can do" crap, I walked out. The lease price he quoted me that day for the car I now have from another dealership was $180 higher per month that what I got. Suggestions: When someone tells you they only want to test drive, THEY ONLY WANT TO TEST DRIVE. Respect them. Also, dealerships like yours with the high pressure tactics is what makes people hate to buy cars. Thank God for the internet. Don't you think it's time to change the way you do things???? More
I did some research online and chatted a few times back and forth with Lawrie Durham.. He was very knowledgable and extremely patient and kind.. He worked very hard for me and got me everything i wanted at an even lower price than i had anticipated.. Once i came into the dealership everything was already done for me.. I took the car for a test drive, loved it and new i was going to buy it.. Lawrie had worked with me before i had even stepped foot in the door to make sure i was pre approved and that all necessary paperwork was done and in order.. I then met with Frank the finance manager who was extremely kind.. He made sure i got an extremely low finance rate and joked and laughed with me making me feel at ease.. I cant say enough nice things about Lawrie and Frank and whoever gives them bad reviews just doesnt know the car business or is stupid.. I will never buy a car anywhere else this was the most pleasant car buying experience to date.. I reccomend everyone to go to Weymouth Honda and work with lawrie and frank..Thanks.. More
Traded my 04 element and got my wife a 2010 crv. The salesman Don J was very knowledgeable, caring, patient. This was the best car experience I have had in many years. There was no pressure like some other big honda dealer such as boch. It was a pleasure more than words can describe. The salesperson Don was great with my wife especially on delivery explaining all the functions and features. I know I got a great deal and I am looking forward to doing much more business with them in the future. The F+I man was also very good explaining our options. I am hooked for life. there was not one aspect that was less than excellent. You're crazy to do business anywhere else!!! More
After doing a lot of online research, I decided to lease a new Accord to replace my recently sold and much-loved Saab. Never owned an Accord, but liked the new style and the fact that you can get a mid-siz a new Accord to replace my recently sold and much-loved Saab. Never owned an Accord, but liked the new style and the fact that you can get a mid-sized sedan with a manual transmission. I initially went to Prime Honda because of an advertised lease they were promoting, but despite the clear terms of that lease and my efforts to confirm the terms before I stepped foot in their dealership, they refused to honor the lease as advertised. They attempted to add additional fees to the money due at signing - typical smoke and mirrors, deceptive sales practices. My review of Prime is elsewhere - please read it before choosing Prime. Anyway, Weymouth Honda could not have been more different. First of all, they honored the terms of Prime's lease as advertised - no additional, surprise fees! They had the car in stock (this was huge - manual trans Accords are rare) in the color I wanted and delivered it to me that afternoon. All the while, everyone I interacted with, including my salesman Bob, sales manager Jason and James the finance guy were friendly, easygoing, and my BS-detector didn't go off once. The entire process was one of the easiest I have experienced, and I've purchased two dozen cars over the years. The only negative was that it took longer than I expected - the dealership was so busy selling and delivering cars that Bob and the other salesmen were stretched a little thin. Otherwise, I would heartily recommend Weymouth Honda and would definitely do business with them again. The kicker was this - once I had signed the paperwork, the deal was done, check was written and it was just a matter of time to get the car prepped. They didn't have to coddle me anymore. But they offered to have their shuttle driver, Kevin (another great guy), follow me home so that I could drop off my wife's car, come back to the delaership and drive my new car home. My wife and I have two young children at home who were napping, and upon overhearing this conversation with my wife, Jason offered the shuttle service to avoid inconveniencing my wife and waking my kids from their nap. That was a great touch and much appreciated. More
The service guys are very friendly and helpful. The prices are affordable, and they always make sure my cars runs perfectly. Greg was especially helpful last time! I have always had a great experience at Weymouth Honda. I first went there to buy a used Honda Civic a few years ago and the staff/management team was very helpful. I recently traded in that Civic for a new first went there to buy a used Honda Civic a few years ago and the staff/management team was very helpful. I recently traded in that Civic for a new CR-V and I am very happy with the service I received. The price was negotiated fairly. The staff thoroughly informed me about all my options. Everyone at Weymouth Honda is friendly and knowledgeable. More
I have never felt more comfortable in a dealership as I do at Weymouth Honda. The people who work there are friendly and welcoming. Harvey is a stickler for details, and his knowledge base is extrodaonary. I appreciate the little things they do, too, like (Danny) washing my car if they have time after a service appointment!! wow!! What joy on pickup!! Jason is a very calm and organized sales manager... he makes you feel at home, without that "pressuring you" feeling. He makes you feel that he can make anything possible. I LOVE Weymouth Honda. Back in the early 1980s I owned a Honda Prelude and it was a great little car. Then in the later 1980s and 1990s my new wife and I tried a few different American and Foreign manufacturers. Since 2002 howe was a great little car. Then in the later 1980s and 1990s my new wife and I tried a few different American and Foreign manufacturers. Since 2002 however we have only owned Honda automobiles because of their generally fine reputation worldwide. Currently we own three different models which are the Pilot, the Accord and just two years ago we added a CRV for our two college-age daughters. All three autos were purchased at the Weymouth dealership and all three have been serviced there also. I highly recommend this dealership because they sell reliable cars, we paid very affordable prices, and their friendly service department has done good work to maintain each of the vehicles we own. A really beneficial recent addition was the Weymouth Honda Express where oil changes and other small services are performed efficiently and quickly without any appointment. What a great idea that was !! Based on our overall very positive experience this particular dealership in Weymouth should be visited by anyone looking for a Honda auto in the Boston area. More

We bought a used accord at Weymouth 4 years ago, it has been incredible! I know little about cars and found the dealership patient and continually helpful, upon reviewing the information with my father eve been incredible!
