I purchased 4WD Touring with premium running board and remote start. Price was as advertised. I was considering the vehicle shipped to NYC at the price quoted from one of transporters but decided to go an remote start. Price was as advertised. Bus to Boston was $21.50 and subway to Braintree station was $2. Justin the salesperson picked me up at the station and the car was already ready when I arrived. No hidden cost, no surprises or sales of additional items which I worried since I need to take the car anyway. Sandra, the financial manager already completed paperwork for me including NYS registrations after searching internet. Driving back to NYC was not bad. less than 4 hours alone enjoying new car smell. I needed to buy my first car in the US after relocating here recently and approached the dealership for a used Honda vehicle that I had seen advertised on the website. On my first visit, I was a bit disappointed as the car had just been traded in and had not gone through the scheduled checks and maintenance. We had some challenges working out a schedule for the service since I was in a tearing hurry and their service shop was backed up with end-of-month tasks for other purchased vehicles. However, the salesperson and the general manager made every effort to prioritize the service work when I expressed my dissatisfaction about the timeline. They did a good quality job with the car service and replaced several parts, at no extra cost to us. I ultimately chose Weymouth Honda for their customer service - they paid great attention to how upset I was, and went to great lengths to ensure my satisfaction with the final purchase. I would highly recommend working with Justin in the internet sales dept. it is refreshing to not work with a pushy car sales person. James, the finance mgr, was able to get us a great rate for our car loan. We had prepared in advance and already had a loan in place. We had no intention to finance with Honda, but James was able to save us money which is what everyone wants. We are very happy with our experience as well as our new car.
