I just picked up my 2012 Honda Civic from Weymouth yesterday and couldn't be happier! I was VERY impressed by everyone I worked with (Andrew, Alex and Sandra) at the dealership. I felt well informed yesterday and couldn't be happier! I was VERY impressed by everyone I worked with (Andrew, Alex and Sandra) at the dealership. I felt well informed throughout the entire process and appreciated the time each person took to answer my many questions along the way. I never felt pressured to make a quick decision and am thankful that this car buying experience was hassle free! I would highly recommend Weymouth Honda to anyone looking to purchase a car without having to jump through hoops to get it! More

This is my 3-rd leased vehicle, the other two being Mazda 3. They offer one of the best new car pricing, beaten only by one other Honda dealer in Boston area. What I liked about this place is that the price that we have discussed with my salesperson over the phone was actually the final price. They did not conceal taxes or fees like many other dealerships do. The process was smooth from initial contact to delivery. I went ahead and made it a single payment lease, paying close to $4,000 in advance for the entire lease duration of 24 months. In the hindsight, I should have chosen one of their monthly payment leases. At 6,000 miles (July) it was time for the first oil change. Impressed by the leasing experience I decided to go out of my way and make a 25-mile trip from Brighton to get an oil change at Weymouth Honda as well, even though there is another Honda dealership 1/2 mile from my house. 2 months after the oil change, oil light comes on while driving on the highway and 1/4 mile later the car stalls and does not restart. I had to get it towed to the nearest Honda dealership. The verdict: engine ceased, $12,000 to replace. The cause: oil drain bolt not properly torqued after the oil change, gradually working its way, eventually popping out and spilling engine oil all over the Turnpike, before the engine ceased. The car has been in the shop since (4 weeks now and counting). I have talked to the service manager at Weymouth Honda a few times. He refuses to acknowledge their negligence. He also told me on the phone that he discussed it with the general manager and Weymouth Honda refuses to repair the car or even notify their garage insurance company. I have requested this statement in writing 2 weeks ago, but still have not received it. The last time I checked on the status of this statement with the service manager, it was being reviewed by the "higher powers" (after clarification, the "higher powers" turned out to be the general manager). In the meanwhile I have also contacted Honda Customer Service, BBB, Honda Lease Trust and sent a certified-mail letter to Honda headquarters in California. Nobody has offerred any kind of a solution. In fact nobody seems to care at all. The service manager seems to think that I have unscrewed the bolt myself. I don't even know what the thing looks like or where it is located. I have to mention that I had to cancel multiple meetings at work because of this issue. I had to rent a car at my own expense for 15 days. The service manager told me that they "do not provide service rentals and never have". This is funny because the receipt for the very same oil change says that "service rentals are available". This ended up costing me over $1000 extra, on top of the lease that I am paying for but are not able to use. Last weekend I bought a car from another dealer. Have to get to work somehow, right? Can't rent forever, either! Since then I am preparing for a court hearing. Finally, I would like to thank the people at Weymouth Honda for a perfect opportunity to learn the subtleties of the leasing process. I have gained a great deal of experience from this. I am looking forward to learning Massachussets consumer protection laws and asserting them in court. You live you learn indeed. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at the email bealow. Thank you for reading. Have a great day and God bless! + Alexey Andrusyak andrus@gmail.com Brighton, MA 10/17/2011 More

They get t was a pleasant experience and there wasn't any funny stuff going on like at the other dealerships we had been in over the last week or so. They get the deal done and stick to their word. This whole experience was so painless, we wish we had just gone here and only here. We got a great deal and when it came time to crunch the numbers our monthly payment was actually 10 dollars cheaper than the lowest price they quoted. The financing lady went back to check when the numbers did not match up. It ended up that we were in fact getting the car for less money. ANY other dealership would have gone back there and refigured to numbers so we got the original quote. They were honest and this is something I truly appreciate. We also got a great deal on an extended warranty which is something I never end up purchasing. They extended it for us at no extra cost. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Honda on the South Shore. Also they have a great inventory so they do not charge an additional $500 locate and delivery fee that the other do b/c they have to get the cars from another location. More
I was very dissapointed with my experience here. I have family members who bought cars there in the past and were happy. However, they bought new cars and I bought a used one. I don't know if that made a d family members who bought cars there in the past and were happy. However, they bought new cars and I bought a used one. I don't know if that made a difference. My car did not pass inspection because it needed to be "jump started" in order for me to test drive it. When I asked about the "jump start" I was informed that it was NOT. I saw him "jump start" it! After buying the 2008 CR-V I brought it to my mechanic to be checked over. I was told that the brakes were more than 50% worn and that I should inform the dealer. When I brought it back to have them look at the brakes they said the brakes were LESS than 50% worn and they do not replace brakes under those conditions. They told me they would replace them and give me $200.00 off the front and $200.00 off the back. It would still cost me $800.00. I said "no" because I didn't think I should have to put $800.00 into a car I had for 30 days! Two months later I needed to replace the rear brakes!!! My mechanic did it for $100.00 less than the "special deal" Weymouth Honda was going to give me. When my mechanic went to replace the brakes he discovered that the wheels were locked on and I WAS NO GIVEN THE KEY!. He was able to brake the locks off however and replace those lug nuts with regular ones. I got a new battery a couple of days ago and then discovered that when you get a new battery the audio syatem needs a code typed in to work! Of course, I was not given the code when I bought the car! I called Weymouth Honds for the code and they did not have it. I was told that the dealer who sells the car new is the dealer with the code. I called that dealer and was told that ALL dealers have access to ALL codes for ALL cars. Needham Honda was the dealer I called and they were soooo helpful. Once again, Weymouth Honda received a black mark beside their name. The experience with Weymouth Honda has been the worst experience I have ever had while buying a vehicle. I will never buy a car there again and I am spreading the word about what a terrible dealership they are!!! More

Almost always I felt cheated or the proces Wow, this is th best dealership I have ever seen! During last 15 years I purchased cars in NJ, CT, and MA. Almost always I felt cheated or the process of buying a car was frustrated. Not this time from Weymouth. We knew exactly what kind of car we wanted, Honda Oddysey Touring Elite 2012. When going around local dealerships ( we are from CT) we became very frustrated. Either sales people had no idea about cars they were selling, or they just lied straight to my face or invited us to come to see a car which they did not have or sales manager told me that my Honda Pilot 2004 (which we wanted to trade in) had no monetary value or they just didn't return my email/phone requests for quote. Then my friend (also from CT) mentioned Weymouth Honda. He told me that he drove 2 hours to get a car and all arrangements were done via emails and he didn't have any surprises when he came to pick up a car and on the top of that the price was the best. So I contacted them and Justin replied to me immediately with the price which beats the nearest competitor by $1,000. I needed to trade in my car, I sent pictures of it and asked Justin to make estimates. He told me $5,000. I drove to Weymouth (2 hours). They looked into car and gave me the same $5,000 . Before I came I knew that they don't have a car in stock, but Justin promised to get a car within next several days. I filled in all paperwork and gave $500 as deposit. The price was as promissed. There were not any pressure from sales manager and financial manager, Sandra. I needed to finance a car and Sandra made the whole process very fast, 10 minutes!). Within next several day they had my car and I came to pick it up. I didn't have any surprises. I sucessfully traded in my old car for the price we agreed. Everybody was friendly and pleasant. I will recommend Weymouth Honda to anybody who is considering buying Honda More
I was recommended to Honda Weymouth by someone I trust and called looking to buy a new 2011 Honda CR-V in a specific color, which I had been unable to locate at other dealerships. Jason Tobias told me he and called looking to buy a new 2011 Honda CR-V in a specific color, which I had been unable to locate at other dealerships. Jason Tobias told me he did not have the color on the lot, but had one coming within 2 weeks and would put my name on it if I wanted it. The price was right, and the friendliness of everyone at the dealership, including the handling of the sale by Justin Arvedon, was excellent and I would go there again in a minute . . . except I won't be going again anytime soon, because I bought a HONDA! We bought our CR-V from the Weymouth Honda this past month. It was an excellent experience hassle free. We first contacted the dealership via email, and Justin was the only dealership that responded t month. It was an excellent experience hassle free. We first contacted the dealership via email, and Justin was the only dealership that responded to all our questions quickly and thoroughly related to price so we knew exactly what it would be, no hidden costs anywhere. When we went to the dealership, Justin made sure we understood exactly what we were getting and took the time to explain all details thoroughly. We found their price competitive and the trade-ins fair. Both Justin and James were professional and very patient while we made our decision. Overall it was a positive experience and I can recommend Weymouth Honda without any hesitation. More
While researching what others had paid for their 2011 Odyssey, I found a post that said, "Don't waste your time with this, just go to Weymouth Honda for the best price." I contacted Weymouth online and Odyssey, I found a post that said, "Don't waste your time with this, just go to Weymouth Honda for the best price." I contacted Weymouth online and spoke with Bob Masland. Even though I was buying from out of state and 400 miles from home, Bob made the process stress free and as easy as possible. They even paid extra to overnight some paperwork on a Saturday. I took a flight to Boston and Bob had someone waiting for me when I hit the pavement. This could not have gone better and I saved $1000 even after paying for the flight. I would recommend this dealership and Bob Masland, without hesitation. More
