My car was dropped off with no codes…when picked up have a code and 4 things that need attention/to be done, when I asked bout code was told not to worry about codes they automatically come on when they res a code and 4 things that need attention/to be done, when I asked bout code was told not to worry about codes they automatically come on when they reset the oil %. The customer service has gotten worse over the years. The staff needs better training. When I called to schedule an appointment for service, I was passed along to five people before I finally got someon The staff needs better training. When I called to schedule an appointment for service, I was passed along to five people before I finally got someone that could get me an appointment. Then when I came in for my appointment and asked for a service that they have on their website, the representative had no idea what I was talking about and I had to show them on my phone. I also gave the representative a $75 off coupon to take off my total, but they only took off $20 and I had to point out the mistake. After everything got rectified the representative is supposed to go over the paperwork with the customer and show what work was done, and what services I might need in the future, that never happened. Lastly, the service reminders on my Honda app that I had serviced, are still showing up as being overdue on my phone. I would still go here to have my car fixed by the technicians, but just be sure on what you need before you go in so that you can relay it to the representative, and double / triple check that they are entering it into the system correctly. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The service wasn’t good. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a problem with Ocean.
