I called Michelle McBride on Saturday and set up a test drive for today. She was very responsive before we got there and took time to ask questions to determine which vehicle would be the best fit for my father. Michelle was informative and patient, and answered all of our questions in detail. She saved him a lot of money by offering him a vehicle that met his exact needs (with a few nice other features). Absolutely fantastic service We then met with Leo Batista in finance after my father picked a car, and he went through all of the financial details line by line. He was very pleasant also! I asked so many questions (sorry Leo), and answered them all in great detail, and was able to provide us with the additional & exact information we needed regarding the finance issues on the vehicle he traded in There are no gimmicks here, no hidden anything, and no pressure to buy something more expensive, or to buy any unwanted add ons. We were presented with the options and information on all of them, and then took it from there. My father was able to get everything he wanted and then some, with a lower payment, and a phenomenal rate. Left the same day in just a few hours! The customer service was outstanding. I went into ocean honda on a saturday 15 minutes before closing. I was in a really tough situation where i was about 10,000$ upside down on my current car. I picked out my car and we were able to work out a great deal that would get me out of my car and into something more affordable. Huber the finance manager was fast and efficent and assured me as well he would get me approved. Low and behold, i got the call that i was approved and picked up my car the very next day! Jose and Huber made this the most pleasant and seamless car buying expirience i have EVER had!! Big should out to you guys! I am forever greatful! More

Oil change finished .car cleaned and asked if I had any questions. I have faith in their service and the attitude of people handling all areas of dealership has been good. I believe they have staff that can communicate with those customers that English is not first language . Until the good service changes for some reason it will be where I take my 2018 Honda Accord Touring. Would like to note that service,better parts always avoidable at the Honda dealership. Means much to me. More
