I purchased a car from Ocean Honda of Brockton, which I sold; when it was time to receive a refund for my gap insurance I was led on a goose chase between them and Honda financial services. A lot of avoidance, no return emails and many lies about how to get my refund. The supervisors are for show, they do not help at all. They are condescending and unprofessional. They changed their storylines so many times that I could not keep us for a miserly $500 refund. More
I have never dealt with a dealership as bad as ocean Honda. My vehicle purchase in 2021, was nothing but a head ache. I had nothing but problems with this dealership. I brought the car back to them 5 times for them to figure out the transmission was bad. Never had loaners when in my service agreement it stated I was to have one for service so it would put me in bad situations to get to work. But they have no problem giving customers loaners for months on end for a vehicle they are purchasing THAT WASN'T EVEN ON THEIR LOT! MINE WAS! At the end when I finally got rid of the car, they were lying, and being dishonest about a lot of money that was suppose to be given to my finance company even my finance company now doesn’t want anything to do with them! Shop somewhere else NOT THIS STORE DO YOUR SELF THE FAVOR! I knew I should’ve listened to people who told me to stay away from them if only I listened! I will NEVER shop there again! More
Avoid this dealership. Management runs a misleading advertising campaign to purchase your car. The marketing email says: "We need to acquire several pre-owned vehicles by Management runs a misleading advertising campaign to purchase your car. The marketing email says: "We need to acquire several pre-owned vehicles by May 25, 2022, for our annual Memorial Day Sales Event. According to our sales and service records, your Honda ********** meets the parameters for this first-ever Original MSRP BuyBack Program." I called the dealership twice and the salesperson confirmed with one of the sales managers that the offer is valid. I then drive to the dealership just to hear them say, your vehicle is in excellent condition, but it is not one of the models we want. But, the email was personalized to my specific vehicle and referenced its service record! The next line from the GM was priceless: "you did not read the fine print" so we will offer 45% less for the car than what we said on the phone. The way the comment was delivered makes it appear that this is a routine tactic to get people to come to the dealership and then not honor the pricing. I read the advertisements and there was no fine print. Do not trust this management team. More

On one of the tires the brake pads didn't even fit on the rotors. OCEAN HONDA OF BROCKTON PUT ME AND MY FAMILLY IN DANGER, AND THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THEM FOR ANYTING!!! More

Was quoted one price over the phone for parts and labor. Scheduled an appointment. Once i was at the dealership. Don’t know if the service advisor was trying to take advantage of me because I’m a woman. But i have automotive industry experience. Won’t be coming back for service. More

BUYER BEWARE. When I was picking up the car and at the business office, this dealer tried to charge me $2,000 over my quote. Part of that was for the 5 year maintenance plan that I had told the salesman business office, this dealer tried to charge me $2,000 over my quote. Part of that was for the 5 year maintenance plan that I had told the salesman I didn't want and who knows where the other $500 was from but it was taken out too. The communication was also terrible. I was given a VIN number of a car that was on it's way to them for us from a swap and the day I was supposed to pick it up they called and said it was sold to someone else by the other Dealership. They were able to get us another car but it didn't feel right. The salesperson also was convinced that the CRV Hybrid had a spare tire which it didn't. He needs more training and to learn more customer service skills like communication with your customer. There was no negotiating price as there are few of these available. More
The one star rating courtesy of a very rude saleswoman - Michelle who had no interest whatsoever in offering a test drive, had to be asked about CRV features and lacked basic customer-friendliness. Not very often do you get a customer who knows exactly what he/she wants - in my case, i knew i needed a White CRV. all i would have expected Michelle is to walk me through the car and it's features, offered a test drive and get the deal done. Instead, i had to drive the conversation, ask for very basic details - almost like a question-answer session. Very disinterested! More
