We just purchased a new Honda Pilot 2011 from Bernardi Brockton. We had an excellent experience. We live 1.5 hours away west and were looking for a deal on a new Pilot. After checking local dealers we were told that they are in short supply due to the Japan earthquake. For this reason we could not get a good price on the car, the model, and the color we wanted. One dealer wanted to add $1200 on top of the sticker price in mandatory accessories. I thought that if we find a bigger dealer they will have more supply and would be more willing to negotiate the price. We googled "the largest Honda dealer in Massachusetts" and Bernardi showed up. We submitted a request via their website about the price range that we were looking for and got a response in 5 seconds (really). Another local dealer took 7 hours to give a response. The level of professionalism and customer service at Bernardi Brockton is amazing. The staff was very, very polite, knowledgeable and very nice to work with. The bottom line: We got the car we wanted, at the price we wanted that no other dealer around us could give us. Again, I want to thank Tina, Efe, Bruce, Paul and Andrew for their assistance and would strongly recommend them. More
I was in the market for a 2011 Honda Fit Sport (my second) and after trying to negotiate with the the dealer that I bought my first Fit from I was discouraged and decided to call off my search for Fit second) and after trying to negotiate with the the dealer that I bought my first Fit from I was discouraged and decided to call off my search for Fit II. I noticed that Bernardi was a new kid in town so i began working with the Internet Department. The experience that I had online was compelling enough for me to visit. I made an appointment, visited and was greeted in a very friendly manner. I had all my facts and figures and was prepared to bu on the spot if a deal could be made that satisfied my frugal nature. 15 minutes later after working with Derrell Cole I had made the purchase. Derrell was one of the most professional and fun loving salespeple I have ever dealt with. Simply put, at age 55 this was by far the easiest car I have ever purchased and it was on my terms, not Bernardi's. Five Stars! More
While shopping for an SUV, I checked out several dealerships in the Boston metro area, to include non-Honda dealerships. I was very pleased with Bernadi Honda of Brockton. Bernadi had a huge select dealerships in the Boston metro area, to include non-Honda dealerships. I was very pleased with Bernadi Honda of Brockton. Bernadi had a huge selection of vehicles that other dealerships did not have in stock. The sales people I dealt with, Kim Reed and Berard, were very nice and helpful; and I was happy to give Kim and Berard my business. The dealership is new, clean, and has a nice cafe (free to customers too). There were a couple of other nice perks when purchasing a vehicle from Bernadi, such as free car washes for the life of the car at the dealership. Bernardi was aggressive with pricing as well. I would recommend Bernardi. More
From the minute we walked in the door, it seemed like Bernardi Honda was the place to buy our new Civic. The new facility looked spectacular.... wide open and comfortable. All of the employees were friendly and attentive; with none of the high pressure that turned us off to new car buying in the past. Matt Skinner was very helpful throughout the purchase. Price was extremely important to us, and the Bernardi offer was easily the best put forth from the 3 dealers we contacted. Mario efficiently and pleasantly took care of the paperwork. We took advantage of the complimentary offerings at the in-dealership diner; and plan on using other perks that were part of the purchase agreement. We haven't had to use the service department yet; but if the efficiency and quality measure up to what we've experienced to this point, it's safe to say that we'll begin our next new car purchase at Bernardi in Brockton. I went to Bernardi Honda of Brockton to see what my lease options would be for trading in my older vehicle for a new Honda Insight. I met with a salesman (Matt) who was very understanding to my situation an options would be for trading in my older vehicle for a new Honda Insight. I met with a salesman (Matt) who was very understanding to my situation and willing to help make a deal work. He and Jamie explained the financial details on the Insight and I decided it wasn't in my best interest to pursue an Insight. Matt was kind enough to provide me with information about a Civic model (I wasn't as familiar with the 2012 Civic) and eventually we were able to come to an agreement on a 2012 Civic LX lease. Jamie was also involved, providing me with updated information on my used car trade-in. Mario walked me through the paperwork and answered all questions I had regarding the lease, such as length of the contract, mileage, warranty, etc. Signing the paperwork was simple and only took about 20 minutes. Justine from Customer Relations spoke with me after the deal was finalized and just wanted to make sure I had a good experience throughout the entire process. She told me to let her know if I had any questions at any point. I also received a voicemail from her checking to see how the car was doing a few days after I drove off with it. I also received an email from Ashley regarding Accessories. She also wanted to check to see how the car was driving and if I had any issues. Throughout the entire process and even after I agreed to the lease, the salesman Matt made sure I understood everything I could about the car. He even took me on a tour of Bernardi Honda of Brockton, showing me the service area and DINER. I've spoken with Matt a couple of times since the purchase and he's just as helpful as he was before the sale was made. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service I received from Bernardi Honda of Brockton. Every worker, even those who I didn't deal with directly always had a smile on their face and were asking me if I needed anything. I believe I got a great deal on a Civic lease and amazing customer service. I look forward to doing business with Bernardi of Brockton again when my lease contract is over in three years. I shopped many dealers and many brands before deciding to buy from Bernardi Honda in Brockton. It was the last dealership I visited but I wish I had gone there first because if I had, I wouldn't have needed buy from Bernardi Honda in Brockton. They were friendly, professional, made the best offer I could find, and they pulled the whole deal together very quickly for us since we were leaving for vacation. I would definitely do business there again and highly recommend this dealership. It was a very pleasant experience and completely stress free. It is also a brand new facility with everything to make their customers feel welcome and comfortable, they even a cafe. More
