I have been bringing my car to Bernardi Honda in Brockton for service since the first week it opened. Nine times out of ten, I see Sami Alati. He his friendly, courteous, and professional. He ALWAYS goes for service since the first week it opened. Nine times out of ten, I see Sami Alati. He his friendly, courteous, and professional. The prices are a little bit higher than standard shops, but I am willing to pay in order to be sure the work is done properly. I know that Sami will stand by his group's work. More
I had been having some issues with my car and needed to take it into be serviced. In the past this was not a very good experience. That was until I went to your business and met Service Advisor, Mr. Sami take it into be serviced. In the past this was not a very good experience. That was until I went to your business and met Service Advisor, Mr. Sami Alati. Not only was Mr. Alati fast and helpful, he made the whole, usually dreadful experience, fun! He was friendly and answered every question I had and treated me very well. Not like I was just another number. He was clear, thorough, and never talked down to me (which happens a lot at dealerships, since I am a woman) The work was done quickly and correctly and I walked out with a smile on my face. Thanks to Mr. Alati, I will never hesitate to bring my car, and tell others to bring their car repair needs, to Bernardi Honda of Brockton. Thank you! More
I refused to go to any Honda dealership since I purchased my van because it was such a horrible experience! However, I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change so I figured I would take that coupon an my van because it was such a horrible experience! However, I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change so I figured I would take that coupon and save the $12.00. Not looking forward to dealing with Honda I had a little attitude upon arrival. Immediately my mood changed. Anthony, my CS specialist, was friendly, courteous and not pushy at all. Since it had been 3 years since I have stepped foot in a Honda dealership there were a few recalls on my van. Anthony asked me a few questions and really listened to my answers. He explained everything and was very patient when I had several questions of my own. He explained how they do things (free inspections & such) and made me aware of some services they offer that made my day much easier. He walked me around the dealership and even bought me lunch (the $5.00 tokens!). Since they were able to complete all the required work and my oil change as well as my inspection sticker I opted to leave my van for the day. Mike, the service manager, kindly drove me home and offered to pick me up once y van was ready. I asked for a quote on 4 tires as well and got a prompt call from Anthony explaining my choices and prices. Usually I would not agree to anything over the phone, but Anthony and Mike had earned my trust so I authorized the new tires too. I went in for an oil change at a discount and ended up with a safer, better driving van, and a much different view of Honda. I will ONLY go to Bernardi Honda from now on and will tell everyone I can how wonderful they are! Thank you Anthony and Mike, you have not only saved me money and time (by doing everything needed when I didn't even have an appointment!), you made my van safer and better riding, but you also earned my trust (back)and made me a Honda lover again. And I LOVE that you washed & vacuumed my van for free! You guys are great & should be very proud of the service you provide...I'm a very tough customer! More
Over the years I have dealt with many service departments and Bernardi Honda surpases them all. The service was exceptional and there are no other words I can use other than that. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to the time we picked up the car, Sami attended to every detail. He was not only courteous but he iwas genuinely concerned with our issue and he will be the reason I wil buy my next new car from this dealership. Sales is a temporary connection but with service it is the length of time you own your car. Bernardi service is awesome! More
I enjoyed my experience at the dealership. I really felt like they went to bat for me to get me the car that I wanted. It did take some bargaining and sticking to my initial plans but at the end, I was happ like they went to bat for me to get me the car that I wanted. Decided to try the brand new Bernardi Honda of Brockton.Upon entering the paking lot I could see the large invintory of vehicles,particularly the Honda CR-V in which my wife and I decided to purch Brockton.Upon entering the paking lot I could see the large invintory of vehicles,particularly the Honda CR-V in which my wife and I decided to purchase that very evening.The dealership is expansive but by no means was it an overwhelming experience.Shortly after meeting Darrel Cole we began the proccess,interior and exterior colors,options and so forth.Darrels patient manner in communicating all the available trim lines and options exceded our expectations of a sales person.After some negotiating with the sales manager we came to an agreement. The price fell within the range stated in C.R. Edmonds ect,and we completed the deal. My wife and I value Darrells genuine attidude towards putting the customer first and was a key factor in our purchase decision with Bernardi Honda of Brockton. More
Fantastic!! Dealing with Lunel and the Bernardi dealership, in general, is a new experience in car sales at least in my time. Lunel was extremely knowledgeable about the CRV we were looking at. We took the car for a test drive and he explained all of its options. He was friendly and low key. He showed us around the entire dealership. It is huge and most impressive. They offer free car washes anytime and free meals while waiting for service (I will be taking my other Honda here for service). They went out of their way to show they wanted our business, now and in the future. We were impressed with the family feeling they exhibit. This was a low key sales pitch with a very friendly feeling. Lunel was very detailed and did everything he said he would and more. I do not hesitate to recommend Lunel and Bernardi and will return for both service and future purchases. More
I had an excellent car purchase experience at Bernardi Honda of Brockton, MA. I'd been searching for a specific car for nearly four weeks, unable to find what I wanted in CA, but I finally located one at Honda of Brockton, MA. I'd been searching for a specific car for nearly four weeks, unable to find what I wanted in CA, but I finally located one at Bernardi on autotrader.com. I contacted Lawrie Durham to talk about the car and shipping it from MA to CA. The shipping cost was going to be too much so Lawrie helped me search for cars in CA. That didn't pan out so I decided to drive the car myself from MA back to CA. We quickly agreed to an out-the-door price and I left a deposit. After leaving my deposit, Paul Wisdom contacted me to ensure everything would go smoothly. I was really worried - I'd be flying to Boston to pick up a car I'd not seen. What if it didn't actually exist? What if I showed up and there was some dealer 'snafu' on the price? Not to worry, Paul took care of everything. He answered all my questions. He sent me all the paperwork so I could review it beforehand. After I arrived in Boston, he picked me up at the train station and drove me to Bernardi. There, he showed me the car; we completed the paperwork; he then setup the car with me (hands-free-link, etc). Essentially everything was perfect; the smoothest car purchase, by far, that I've ever had. If you are looking for a car, be sure to check out Bernardi Honda of Brockton. They have a giant car lot with all models, colors and options. Their showroom is new and impressive. They are convenient to Boston but are willing to sell to anywhere - even 3000 miles away in CA. Did not like the man who "helped" us at the dealership. We came looking for an Element - just to test drive. The original salesperson we spoke with, Jamal, was soft spoken and nice but he must dealership. We came looking for an Element - just to test drive. The original salesperson we spoke with, Jamal, was soft spoken and nice but he must have been a trainee because soon the sales manager Jack Rapaport took over. I hate to put it this way, but he embodied the stereotypical slimy car salesman. He was pushy and made us uncomfortable. Very schmooze-y but not in a nice way. We had gotten to the point where we were talking about what color we wanted....when he started *really* pushing and then outright LIED TO US. We had narrowed our color choice to orange or black - and verbally made that clear to him many times. He didn't have any black or orange models on the lot...but said they could trade with other dealerships for one in the right color no problem. A short while later he began push a RED one that he had on the lot at us and lowered the price by a few thousand. Then he began saying that due to the tsunami in Japan, there was no orange or black ANYWHERE nor would there ever be since the car model was going out of production...so we "should really buy the red one" he had. At that point we knew he was lying, because before we arrived we had happened to check the online inventory of Boch Honda of Norwood and they had multiples of every color in stock. We had him go to his computer to check for it at other dealerships (to see what he would say) and he came back saying that there was indeed NONE in that color anywhere....but not only that! That there were very few Elements left at all and were all "really really really far away and expensive to transport". At this point, disgusted with him, we decided to leave...though he kept offering us "$100 more off? How about $300? $500 off!".....Once in our car, still right there in the dealership parking lot, we called Boch Honda and asked them if they had the orange (technically citrus fire metallic) Element in stock. They did. I'm happy to report that the people at Boch were very nice, and we are now the owners of an ORANGE honda element! More
