I went to Bernardi Honda in Brockton not expecting to purchase a car , only to get a price on my trade. Chris (salesperson) was great!!. He was young, however new what he was doing. We all know how intim purchase a car , only to get a price on my trade. Chris (salesperson) was great!!. He was young, however new what he was doing. We all know how intimidating car sales people can be. Not Chris. He was patient with me and very polite . He kept me imformed throughout the process. And, he was very thorough and profesional. Jim made the car buying experience painless and was able to deliver the car the same day on 12/31. I have purchased 7 new cars (3 were Hondas)from dealerships in the past 25 years and this was by far the best customer experience I have ever had. Jim was phenomenal with my 19 year old daughter by valuing her opinion and by putting her at ease as she was overwhelmed by the whole experience. The best way to describe the experience is in my daughter's words; "Jim was awesome and so nice". My daughter has already given Jim's business card to a neighbor of ours and is sharing her car buying experience with her friends who are all going to be looking for cars in the next year or so. Jim has continued to impress us with his follow up by calling us on 2 occasions to make sure everything was ok with the car and to set up a time to have the car inspected. We are a Honda family and this is our 4th Honda. When we are in need of a new car we will be contacting Jim first. More

I had a fantastic experience working with Lunel Myrthil during my search for my next car. I ended up with a Honda Fit and by all my research got a great price on a year end 2011 model. It is a rare expe during my search for my next car. I ended up with a Honda Fit and by all my research got a great price on a year end 2011 model. It is a rare experience to meet a salesman as friendly, professional and knowledgeable about a product as Lunel. He was an easy person to talk with and pointed out safety features on the car, regular features on the car and knowing I was scaling down from a full size car pointed out that the gas mileage savings alone helps take the sting out of this purchase. I can't think of other examples at the top of my head now but his product knowledge and personality helped steer me towards this car in a positive way. His pride in Honda and pride at the dealership clearly showed and did a great job at telling me about both and of course working with me during the actual sales and negotiation process. I was also impressed that he stayed in touch with me on the phone several times a day if necessary to keep me informed of where the dealer was at finalizing my deposit, getting the registration and final preparation. He called me the day after purchase to see how the car was and when I stopped in to have air put in the tires, he made a point to come over and say hello. Just really down to earth and I really appreciated that. I also dealt with Kevin as sales manager who layed out what they could do with the deal but didn't push and Ray in finance who was professional and answered my finance questions and gave me another day to think about if I wanted any dealer add ons versus having to decide right on the spot like you would expect a dealer to do. I thank both of them(as well as Lunel) for painlessly making a deal I am happy with. I did stop by to have more air put in the tires as I mentioned and another visit was my first free car wash and both times a service rep came right out to help me in their heated car bay next to the service department. Great layout. I highly recommend you ask for Lunel if you are shopping for a car and as of this writing highly recommend Bernardi in Brockton. More
I have been to this dealership 3 times to service my car. At the end of each service, I always asked myself why did I not buy my car from this dealership. I am an uber thrifty person. I've bought my last 3 cars from private parties and generally shy away from dealers. Someone who had just bought a new car from Paul Wisdom, recommended him to me as being fair, friendly and easy to work with, so I took a chance and contacted him. The thing that impressed me most about Paul, was that he was genuinely interested in finding a car that was right for me, and NOT pressuring me to buy something out of my price range. He answered all my questions and was informative beyond that. Everyone I dealt with at Bernardi, from managers to finance, was friendly, efficient and easy - right down to the last detail. I got a great deal. I love my car, and my experience was totally positive. Even though there are plenty of dealerships in RI, I'd still go back to Bernardi. More

The buying process was straight-forward, and I believe that I received very fair pricing with my 2007 Civic Trade-in. I am impressed with the option of free car washes at this dealership, and will be making my first service appointment very soon. Jim Roane was excellent in taking time with me to answer my questions and accompanying me on a test drive. He is a dedicated, down to earth gentleman, who worked very hard to ensure my satisfaction. The buying process went very smoothly, and I have already told my friends that Bernardi of Brockton is definitely the dealership to choose. More
