I recently switched to Bernardi Honda after going to Herb Chambers in Seekonk and Silko Honda in Raynham. While waiting for my vehicle, he would keep me informed of how much longer the wait was and always greeted myself, along with other customers, with a genuine smile. I have continued to use this location for my service needs because they have excellent customer service skills and truly take pride in the great job they provide. I praise Anthony and his other staff members because they have been kind, courteous, helpful and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. This service department has been outstanding compared to the others I have dealt with in the past. Chris Corriveau was very helpful. I was specifically looking for a Honda CR-V with the SE trim package. It was late in the season, but Bernardi Honda had the vehicle with the trim package and color I w looking for a Honda CR-V with the SE trim package. On my first visit, Lunel (sales rep) approached me as I was getting out of my car and greeted me into the dealership. I knew exactly what I was here to see, and Lunel quickly got a set of keys to a new Pilot and had me on the road for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and any questions he didn't have the answer to, he followed up on as soon as we got to the dealership. Their price was better than any other local Honda dealer. It didn't take long before I signed the papers. Ray in finance was also very helpful with the rest of the paperwork process. Overall I had a pleasant experience and would strongly recommend Bernardi Honda to anyone looking to buy a Honda! More
