Kudos to Sami and the service department at Bernadi Honda. Over the last two months I have had to bring my car for service twice, once for a bad light and once for an oil change. Though these were small fixes, Sami treated me as if I was his only customer. Sami was quick to greet me, answer my questions, and assure me the work would be completed as quickly as possible. Sami's freindliness and professionalism is second to none and I always look forward to dealing with him whenever I need to bring my car in. He and the service department at Bernadi continue to impress me over the last year plus that I have servicing my cars at Bernadi Honda. Thank you Sami! More

I saw Lunel in October, but it wasn't the right time to buy a car yet. The first time he helped me it was such a fun experience test driving and he was so friendly and knowledgable and even reached out aft buy a car yet. This past weekend was the right time to buy a car for me, and I introduced him to my mother who was co signing for me. I instantly asked for him again upon coming into the dealership. I'm astounded at the customer service he provided and the experience I had. He helped me every step of the way and provided complimentary food for me and my mother at the time of signing around dinner time. He introduced me to the right finance manager who fixed a great deal, and a service team member, Anthony, who came out into the cold when my mother accidentally locked the key in the truck. I can't say enough about Lunel, he deserves any and every award there is for a car salesman. I will always recommend him and Bernardi and I love my new car so much. He sat with me around closing to explain how to work my new civic, I can't thank him enough for his kindness to my mother and me, and can't wait to see him again. I went to the Honda dealer to check out prices and leasing information regarding a Honda CRV. I walked away leasing a 2012 Honda Fit. It was a perfect "fit" for me. I did not even ask about the CRV's because when Chris walked over to me and my family, I had already decided that I wanted the FIT. Chris was very knowledgeable regarding this vehicle. He listened patiently, answered my questions, and was never pushy. I went in with a certain payment in my mind, as was able to walk away with the lease within my budget. Not only was Chris extremely helpful the day that I leased the car, but he has since contacted me to see if I was still satisfield with the car. He again listened, and answered the few questions I had regarding the overall handling of the vehicle. Great dealership, shiny new. I love the Jimbos Diner right in the dealership so you can get something to eat or drink while you are there. They have so many cars on the lot you are bound to find the co right in the dealership so you can get something to eat or drink while you are there. They have so many cars on the lot you are bound to find the color and model you want. They will even wash your car once a week just bring it in no charge. They gave me a great price without haggling, I hate that. Buying a car is supposed to be fun and exciting, not exhausting like 8 hours of labor. More
