I brought in my 09 Civic for a couple of issues, a 'leakage' from the side mirrors that stained, the spoiler gasket and sometimes I get a hesitation when pressing on the accelerator, which can be quit 'leakage' from the side mirrors that stained, the spoiler gasket and sometimes I get a hesitation when pressing on the accelerator, which can be quite disconcerting. Anthony was very friendly and professional, went over the issues with me and had me verify the service form for accuracy. I left the car at the dealership for the day. Upon return, I was told a new spoiler was ordered, the 'leakage' was acid rain residue (yikes!) and that my hesitation problem could not be reproduced. All in all, very satisfactory, although I really would have liked an answer to the hesitation problem. 'Within spec' doesn't help me if I try to pull into traffic and the car doesn't move for a couple of seconds! The folks at Bernardi are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary tokens for their diner are a very nice touch, and I do not hesitate recommending this dealership for anyone looking for a friendly and professional environment while car shopping. More

After bringing my 2008 Honda CRV for it's 50,000.00 mile scheduled maintenance check-up today, I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review. I was pleasantly greeted at the Service Department, drive-thru door, by Owen Garber, a Service Consultant, whose name I do not see listed above. However, this gentleman went out of his way to make sure he went over all aspects that were going to be performed on my vehicle. He stopped along the way to ask me if I had any questions of my own. He kindly answered each and every one of them. Often times, a service consultant or technician have a tendency to talk down towards women, however, I can assure you that Owen never made me feel that way at all. I was escorted over to the diner by Owen while I waited for my car. I was given a complementary token that allowed me to have a bite to eat and a cold beverage, free of charge. I enjoyed my relaxing, waiting time and had a bite to eat and did some reading. I could have waited and watched t.v. in the spacious waiting area, where there was a good size flat screen t.v. Owen came back to see me a couple of times to let me know how they were making out with my car and to make sure I was comfortable. I was given a multi-point inspection form that showed me how my vehicle measured up to this inspection. In short, I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to Owen for his professional and personable demeanor. He truly went out of his way to resolve an issue that he knew "caught me off guard" and he was able to rectify the situation with 100% satisfaction. As Usual it is the little things that cause the biggest problems, after writing a positive review of my buying experience here I must now submit a negative aspect. Bernardi as well as all dealers, charges a significant Document Preparation Fee. Our vehicle was paid for and financing arrangements were made last Monday, 8 days ago. We were told that the dealer would also take care of surrendering the plates on one of the trade ins. When we picked up vehicle on thursday, the registration was not ready, a little annoying but OK. But when we did not get a call Friday to tell us that the registration, again a little annoying. We did get a call on Saturday indicating the registration was ready. We picked up the Registration on Monday, but I noticed that the plate surrender receipt was not included. I called my Insurance agent who informed me that the plate was still valid. I thought, what does the dealer care, he already has my money, who cares if I have to pay insurance every day for a vehicle that was traded in. I called Bernardi and Jim apologized for the mix up and said "Iknow it has already been done" Why does he feel the need to lie to me. Respect lost, then he told me that their Registry clerk had a death in the family, why should I believe him now. If it was true, at the Doc Prep fee charged should be enough to cover contingencies. I went online and cancelled the Plates on the DMV website in less than one minute, was that so difficult? More

I was dreading having to buy a new vehicle because of past experiences with car sales people. Gail Randall made my visit a very positive and unstressful experience. She wasn't aggressive or pushy and seemed more like a friend than a sales person. I met Jamie Waitt, a sales manager, and in no way did he make me feel pressured to buy that day. He assured me that he would work with me to get the best price. When I returned the next day, after having decided to purchase the CRV I had looked at, I told Gail that I had done my homework and that I was willing to purchase the vehicle provided they agreed to what I wanted to pay for the CRV. The price was accepted with no hassle. I met Ashley Knox, a very lovely young woman, who went over the list of available options and explained if I didn't unerstand. Again, no pressure, no stress. I then met Marie who walked me through the financing portion and she, too, was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The following day when I came in to pick up my CRV, I was treated like royalty. I was introduced to all the service people I would be dealing with in the future, given a tour of all their service facilities and had everything explained to me in detail. All in all a very pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and its people. More

I entered Bernardi Honda of Brockton last Wednesday March 21st and met with Lawrie and Bob. First off, the service and atmosphere was a welcome amenity. Before even discussing financials, Bob and Lawire took the time to ask questions to understand exactly what I need. They presented several scenarios all with agreeable outcomes. I decided on a Honda Civic and was pleasantly surprised that the whoel deal only took a few hours. I was able to turn in my old Honda for a new one. I even recommended Bernardi Honda to a co=worker and she went in a purchased a new CR-V 3 days after me. All in all, a very good experience. More

I have been to about six dealerships within the past four months and have not had the best luck and felt pressured and tricked but other dealers. Max (a new employee) was very helpful and very patient with me as it was my first car purchase (I'm 20 years old and was extremely nervous). I was there for a couple hours trying to choose between new or old and what type. Max was extremely patient and did not once push anything on me. Also the price was just what i was looking for!I would highly recommend buying a car here! Great experience! I will be back when it's time for a new car and deffinetly for service! Thank you Max ! I love my new Honda civic!!! :) More
