I had never had to have more than an oil change or an alignment done on my car so when my car was hit deploying the passenger side air bags and damaging the passenger side door I truly had no clue what k alignment done on my car so when my car was hit deploying the passenger side air bags and damaging the passenger side door I truly had no clue what kind of work was going to be needed on it. When I brought my car to Bernardi, who I had never brought my car to before, I was immediately greeted by Owen who explained the process to me in detail from reviewing the damage to the car to understanding the costs of repairing to the repairs themself. The best part of my experience: I never had to chase Owen for an update on what was going on with the repairs on my car. He called me multiple times to keep me updated, coordinated the repairs with the body shop and delivered the car back to me in the exact timeframe he quoted (and in a shorter time frame than I had expected). He could not have been more courteous and helpful and was truly a pleasure to deal with. In the future, no matter what service I need on my car, I'll being going back to Owen and Bernardi. More

I got the highest quality, safest vehicle (Honda Odyssey) for an extremely fair price. I did negotiate the price, but they were reasonable about finding the right price for me. We've negotiated a price on the CR-V via. internet salesd department. I drove 60 miles to this dealership for the first time to check it out. We were assigned to a sales (Derrell Cole) immediately. I made an appointment with Anthony about a week in advance in order to expedite work being done. (oil change, wiper replacement, tire rotaion and checking all hoses wires etc.) Service was done qu advance in order to expedite work being done.
