As soon as I parked max came to say hi to me and wanted to help me from that moment he was the sweetest person he gave all this different options and he got me approved for a car. We spent about about 2 weeks dealing with the paperwork between the dealer and the banks I know it was a tough deal but max worked it out for me.....thanks so much I love my car!!!!!! More

However, as I drove it home, it started making a scraping noise when coming to stop.I already took it for services twice to check on the brake. Now they are telling that the reason brakes are making noise it's because it has after market parts, and it will cost me over $300 to replace it, I bought an extended warranty. I won't recommend this dealer to anyone. More

My very first experience in dealer. My car broke down on Saturday on my way to canobielake park with my family. I visited Honda Bernadi on Monday evening. Sam caseus walked to me as I was getting out of my ride. He was very helpful. I always wanted to drive a Honda pilot He showed me a couple of them and I explained him my situation. He took me for a drive test and I fall in love with the car. I didn't want to give it up. I went back on Tuesday with my old sienna to trade it and get my Honda Pilot. I was very happy with the greetings from Sam and never think I will be able to afford it. I started to get upset because I waited to long for Omar the finance guy. Omar made me a little upset but at the end he made me happy. His manager came over and was able to help me get the car with an affordable price. On Wednesday of that same week I had my bring new car. I recently purchased my Honda CRV and while I had previously overlooked some early errors Mr. Smith made during the process; I felt compelled to write this review following a return trip to the deale previously overlooked some early errors Mr. Smith made during the process; I felt compelled to write this review following a return trip to the dealership. Mr. Smith told a number of blatant lies that I could not have discovered were false until it was too late. Chief among them was that for the first year of ownership my routine maintenance would be free. What added insult to injuring was finding out that not only would the dealership not honor or compensate me but the response/treatment I received when I returned. I spoke with a manager who was very rude and when I told him what happened he called Mr. Smith over who when asked what he told me simply said "I can't say I didn't tell her that with her standing here." The manager then looked at me and said I should have got it in writing. I have never felt so violated. I have never experienced such poor customer service or dealt with such immoral salesman. More

I made contact with the interent sales manager online (Lawrie Durham) and he cut right to the chase with incredible pricing. It was this price that brought me into the dealership where I met Gustavo Vasquez (sales), who I found to be very, very helpful and knowledgable. I traded in my older Honda Pilot and the trade price was just OK (although not terrible). In the end, the sales price was just too good to pass up even thouogh I wanted a bit more for my trade. Overall a great experience. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and extremely professional - - never felt pressured one bit. If you are in the market for a Honda, I highly recommend that you give these guys a look. More

My car died on Wednesday and I really needed another car to head back to work on Monday. Maxwell met me at the door and I explained my needs.
