Between my family and friends we purchased 3 new Hondas from Bernardi in the last year. Our experiences have all been positive until now. We were all promised in writing FREE car washes for as long as we o from Bernardi in the last year. Our experiences have all been positive until now. I have been inquiring for the past 60 + days about a car wash and I'm told today that there is an issue with the water quality and there is no immediate plan to re-open the car wash. I spoke with Michael Altieri and was given no satisfactory response, only that they're working on a resolution. Asked if they would provide vouchers to another local car wash or any compensation and his answer was no. I find this unacceptable and recall how insistent the sales and service people were for us to submit our surveys with an "excellent" rating. We all submitted our surveys with excellent ratings, but now wish we could retract them as their true colors now show when a problem arises. The true test of good service is how problems are handled and I feel Bernardi failed miserably. More
