I bought a certified used Honda Accord about 3 months ago. The sales experience was fine, not fun, but fine. I came to a dealership because I didn't want to have to worry about having cheap parts for a ago. The sales experience was fine, not fun, but fine. I came to a dealership because I didn't want to have to worry about having cheap parts for a cut-throat independent used car lot surprising me with something that wasn't done right on my car. Well, after 3 months and 10,000 miles, I brought the car in for an oil change and asked if they could look at my tires as my treads looked a little worn. They agreed they were worn and measured them, telling me 3 of the 4 tires would need to be replaced soon. They were just above the legal limit. I complained that I JUST bought this car ... and they obviously knew there was an issue here because they DID replace 1 of the 4 tires themselves, probably because they had to, but they left the the others at just above the limit that was required of them. When I complained, they didn't offer any solution other than me needing new tires soon. I'd look elsewhere for a dealer, or else go to a local used car dealer and get the better deal, and just know that some of the money you saved will need to be applied to fixing up things that weren't done well. DON'T go to Bernardi though, because you'll pay more for a car AND they don't stand behind it being done well. Someone shopping for a certified used Honda doesn't expect to have to purchase new tires in 3 months! I'm VERY disappointed in my decision and would never recommend them to anyone the way they just treated me! More

I came into Bernardi Honda under the premise that I would be able to receive a deal on a Honda Accord 2013 lease. I talked to Jared who told me that a deal could be worked out for 1500 down with payments nea be able to receive a deal on a Honda Accord 2013 lease. As a current BernardI Honda customer I even delayed visiting a rival dealership so I could stay with Bernardi. The visit started off great due to Sam and after receiving the initial offer I presented a counter offer I had received from Boch Toyota. The GSM John quickly told me that he could not due business with me. While I understand that business is business, John was extremely rude when I called back. He had was loud, boisterous, and condesenting when I reminded him about the deal Boch offered me. I find it surprising that he did not seemed inclined to make the numbers work despite reminding him that my sister is also in the market for a new lease. In addition, I was not asking for a deal that was completely unheard of. I currently pay 194 a month. It was unfortunate that a promising start could not be completed. We were in the market for a new car but didn't have a clue what we wanted. Our mechanic recommended we look at a Honda. Sam took the time to show me several models that caught my eye and gave the information I needed to update my wife about our options. After talking about the cars I'd seen we had decided that our first coice was a CRV. Several days later on our way to visit my father-in-law in rehab, my wife and I stopped to check out the CRV. On this second visit to the dealership John help us and was extremely patient showing us at least five different models. The CRV was eliminated from consideration due to insufficient leg room for my wife who has a condition with her legs. John suggested and showed several other models he felt would offer the leg room and options we were looking for. Both sales consultants were outstanding, friendly, caring and informative. We love our new CrossTour in the color my wife wanted, they located it in New Hampshire for us. This is our first Honda we had been a Ford family up until recently, we had purchased 14 Ford models in our 38 years of marriage. I didn't give up easily on my Fords but when I stopped at the local Ford dealership in Easton I got the "Bums rush" from the Sales Manager. Nothing like the way I was treated at Bernardi's. Sam and John are our kind of sales people, caring, friendly, patient and trustworthy. They should be your new car sales consultants also. More

While I was out of work my Acura was totaled by an unlicensed driver. I was left without much money to buy another car. Shawn and the management at Bernardi worked with me to get a lease on a brand ne unlicensed driver. I was left without much money to buy another car.
