Once I decided to purchase a new 2013 Honda CR-V, I requested quotes from a number of Honda dealers in my area (unfortunately, I didn't used Bernardi at first). Most responded. I took the lowest quote requested quotes from a number of Honda dealers in my area (unfortunately, I didn't used Bernardi at first). Most responded. I took the lowest quote into one of the dealerships which did not honor the quote. They indicated the cost would be a few hundred dollars more since they did not have the vehicle in stock (even though they had full knowledge via my email of the precise trim, color and upholstery I wanted). I walked out and sent off an email to Bernardi (they weren't one of the one I had requested from originally). From then on, the whole sales and ownership experience was hassle-free. Each employee I encountered was friendly and eager to please. It was such a pleasant experience that I wanted to pass it on in this rating. More

I honestly took a detour last second to go to Honda. I have known I wanted a new car, but I was going to wait a couple of months. Something in me told me to just go and do it now. I honestly did not think have known I wanted a new car, but I was going to wait a couple of months. Something in me told me to just go and do it now. I honestly did not think it would be possible, but I did walk in there hoping I was walking out with what I wanted. They really worked with me and helped me get into a great Honda Odyssey. I was super excited and determined, but, half way through the process my phone was blowing up with texts, I started to get into a bad mood and just started questioning the whole thing. But, Jim kept extremely professional the whole way through, offering me drinks and soup lol. He never once winced at the sour frown I was starting to get on my face. He was very friendly and never once pushy. I made this decision on my own and never once felt pressured. I am super happy with my new vehicle, thanks to Jim. He worked with me for a LONG time to get me my new car. Chris, was super busy, bouncing around and working real hard. He was amazingly friendly and even though I did also give him a little trouble he really came through for me as well. He did some extra work to get me the best interest rate he could get me, even though he was super busy he stayed solely focused on me throughout my entire experience with him and even though he still had other customers to deal with he went out of his way to make sure I left there happy. I arrived home in hours with my new car. I would definitely recommend Bernadi and these 2 gentlemen. More

My wife and I met Sam Casseus in the parking lot at Bernardi Honda, Brockton. The Five Stars are for Sam and the dealership he represents. Friday, Feb. 22, 2013 was a cold, dreary day and Sam, a car sa Bernardi Honda, Brockton. The Five Stars are for Sam and the dealership he represents. Friday, Feb. 22, 2013 was a cold, dreary day and Sam, a car salesman for Bernardi saw us looking at cars and asked if he could help. With his polite and welcome manner directed us to the front of the building where some of the Honda Civic cars we liked were. Without his coat to keep him warm, he took his time to find us a car we liked. Being quite chilly outside, he brought us inside to a warm comfortable atmosphere. Sam brought the car we liked indoors to look over and it didn't take long for us to deside after all the questions were answered. We made a reasonable good deal that day and drove off in a 2012 Honda Civic 2-DR EX. My wife loves the car and the time spent looking around and enjoying the people at Bernardi Honda Brockton. We were in the marker to lease a car. For the past several years, we were leasing Ford products (all good cars). We decided to check out Hondas. We went to Bernardi Honda (originally going to go to several years, we were leasing Ford products (all good cars). We decided to check out Hondas. We went to Bernardi Honda (originally going to go to Boch because they are bigger). To our surprise, Bernardi exceeded all of our expectations. We were able to lease a new 2013 Honda Accord at the same price of the 2010 Ford Focus. Our sales person, Kevin, was very nice to deal with. No pressure from him at all. He knew his stuff very well. We also had the pleasure of meeting and working with Tanysha, who worked with us and sold us some awesome floor mats. She is extremely pleasant to deal with. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Researching a new car is one thing; going into a dealership and spending Big Bucks is another. This dealership made it easy & enjoyable. Our first time at Bernardi Honda. Very much enjoyed working with everyone there, especially Sam. Sam was very friendly and well versed in all features of the CRV we purchased. I haven't been to a car dealership in over 20 years (had a family member in the business)so I was anxious about obtaining a fair and reasonable deal. I am a single parent and really needed a FAIR deal. I feel that I received more than just a fair deal...I didn't feel rushed, I received a lot of information, Kevin was able to answer all my questions and the most important of all...I was treated with great respect.
