I went to Bernardi Honda because of an advertised Accord lease price that I saw on their web-site. The dealership has everything you need in an auto dealership - a large new and used car selection, a profes lease price that I saw on their web-site. The dealership has everything you need in an auto dealership - a large new and used car selection, a professional service facility and even food. Sam my sales consultant was knowledgeable and applied no pressure. We were able to quickly close a deal and I was able to pick up my new car 2 days later. I also want to note that while the car was being prepared for delivery it obtained a small scratch. Sam called me before my appointment time and let me know of the scratch. They laid out numerous options to rectify the problem and I left very satisfied. Sam followed up with a phone call 3 days after I picked up the car to make sure all was well. I plan to service this car at Bernardi because of their convenient service hours and reasonable prices. I would recommend Bernardi Honda to family and friends. More
My experience at Bernardi Honda/Hyundai of Brockton wasn't good. I had seen a car on their website and called to ask about it, just to make sure the website was up to date. I was asked if I would be coming down to look at it and I said yes but probably later in the week. I could not remember who I spoke with because when the person told me his name I couldn't hear it correctly. I ended up going down the same night I called. when I arrived there I looked around the parking lot thinking a sales person would come out. I eventually went inside when I could neither find the car I called about nor had any assistance. When I did speak to a sales person I was told he would go get the car from the Hyundai dealer next door since they are all one. (This was not the same person on the phone I could tell by his voice). When he came back I was told the car was sold the previous night. This salesman offered to show me something else in the same price range; but my mom declined. So honestly all they had to do was tell me they no longer had the car. I gave the rating that I have because it was poor customer service and a bad overall experience. I called them when I was on my way back home to talk to a manager about this and was told they were "sorry but its not our fault that the sales representatives don't talk to each other". Really? I would think that when you look up a car it would tell you whether or not the car had been sold or not. It was probably some scam just to get you to go so you would buy something else. Well that's their loss because I didn't buy anything from them and wont be in the future. More
My husband and I are first time Honda buyers. We were greeted by Lunel Myrthil as we got out of our vehicle. He was very friendly, informative and respectful of our needs. We did not feel pressured to buy anything we didn't want. Lunel is a consummate professional, a true gentleman and a rare pleasure to work with finding the Honda of our choice. It was the best experience ever buying a new vehicle. Tanysha showed us what accessories were available for our Honda . She never once made us feel we had to purchase accessories we didn't want. We also found Laurie Barnett very knowledgeable in her part of our purchase. . We only met with Mike Altieri for a brief moment, but as with the rest of our Bernardi experience, Mike was very friendly and accommodating. This experience was by far the most pleasant car buying experience we have had. From the first, Lunel Myrthil was friendly, pleasant and VERY informative. He certainly knows his job. He expedited the paperwork for us as did Laurie in the business office. The general manager was also a pleasure to deal with. The delivery of the car was done in a very professional manner. Long wait for Business Office Person, who then lied, tried everything to change the deal reached ... eventually told us late after three hour wait , on a Saturday, that bank closed will get back Monday, tried everything to change the deal reached ... eventually told us late after three hour wait , on a Saturday, that bank closed will get back Monday, On Monday My GF went to sign the paperwork , they changed the deal and started same sales tactics all over again, trying to add money back into the deal, changing the interest rate ... finally got her, lied too her and got her to sign a document after they changed the sales price of the vehicle ... Not to be trusted , even when we honestly thought they had made an error .. they changed into real jerks unwilling to agree to put back what they had earlier agreed to .. very unhappy experience way to hard to follow lousy cheap sales tactics, all food, free water and lies ... lots of phony smiles and no desire to build a client base or even come close to taking care of a customer ... More
