Jim Roane and Michaerl Martinez made my shopping experience more than I anticipated. Last year, I received very bad service to a point. I was insulted and yelled at by Sean (not sure of last name) while trying to get information as to when we would be going into see the Finance Rep. No one from the Management team addressed or even cared that I was spoken to in this manner. It was a busy day, but no matter whjat, I should of never been treated so poorly. If it wasn't for my wife we would of walked out. On Saturday 9/28, my wife came in for an Oil Change. Whle I was waiting I ran into your sales rep Jim Roane. He greeted me respectively and was so accomodating. I was not in the market for a new car, especially not one from Bernardi. However, Jim blew away stigma of a car salesman. He treated me as I would want to be treated, with honesty and respect. He should be your model for all new reps hired at Bernardi Honda. Needless to say my shopping experience was a pleasure. Thanks to Jim and Michael Martinez your General Sales Manager. He to knows how to treat prospective clients. So you are very lucky to have these guys working for Bernardi. Koodos to them both. This was our first visit to Bernardi Honda to purchase a new car for our daughter. Overall, I was very impressed with the dealership. It was a friendly, comfortable atmosphere with the openess of the spac new car for our daughter. Overall, I was very impressed with the dealership. It was a friendly, comfortable atmosphere with the openess of the space, the cleanliness, the diner, balloons, a children's space, etc. It is definitely geared to appeal to the customer experience. Our salesperson was Jim Roane. He is a professional in every manner, respectful, answered all our questions, gave us his full attention, and is committed to delivering customer service excellence. Negotiating the sale was painless and stress free. I felt like we got a reallly fair deal. We had a scheduled appointment at 3:00 at another dealership. I am sure we could have negotiated the same price, but decided to make the deal with Bernardi because we liked working with Jim. We felt like he wasn't giving us lip service and would continue to be available for questions or assistance after we walked out the door. Wewanted our daughter to have this experience in case she had questions about the car. More
It was my first time buying a car from a dealer, and felt I needed to be "on guard" given what others had told me about dealerships. I had just arrived from another place where, despite calling 40 minutes in advance to make sure the car I was interested in was available, I was told upon arrival that "it was not ready for viewing" so "please come back Monday". I was very upset (had taken the day off from work for this), but luckily I had made an appointment at Bernardi as well. I was greeted very politely by Jim Roane, and from there on everything went smoothly. The car was parked a few steps away from the building (a pretty impressive place, btw) and it drove nicely on the test drive. I was treated to a nice breakfast while waiting for the business end of the sale (the wait was a bit longer that I would have wished for, but in the end it didn't matter that much) and then introduced to Sonny, a nice and friendly person, with whom I spent the rest of my time there signing papers and sharing a lunch (again, on them). And, as important: the price I got for the Toyota RAv4 was pretty good! I definitely recommend this place, especially for "newbies" like me. More

He spoke and carried himself as a professional however had the appeal of just a real guy talking to you about cars. He explained everything to me and not once did I feel like a bother when I didn't understand and asked him to explain things again. Jim is the type of guy that you would definitely want as your salesman because you will not feel as if you are part of a assembly line of customers. More

Our experience at Bernardi Honda began with the cheerful and friendly greeting of Lunel Myrthil as we examined the vehicles we were interested in at the lot. Since we knew the model that we wanted, he sho and friendly greeting of Lunel Myrthil as we examined the vehicles we were interested in at the lot. Since we knew the model that we wanted, he showed us the features, answered our questions and discussed the vehicle in general. Following our eventual purchase of the truck, he handled the paperwork in an efficient manner. Prior to our leaving, he sat with us in the truck and showed us the features on the dashboard and other areas of the interior of the truck. He explained as we, ourselves, used them, and took all the time we wanted to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we were comfortable with handling the truck. We were impressed in general with the dealership, as the management, sales and service departments worked together in a professional and friendly manner. More
We recently bought a used minivan at Bernardi. Although there were only a few vehicles on the lot that fit our needs (which is a given when you’re buying a used car) we wanted to visit Bernardi based on th there were only a few vehicles on the lot that fit our needs (which is a given when you’re buying a used car) we wanted to visit Bernardi based on their excellent reputation for service in the community. We were immediately assisted by Sam Casseus on the sales floor, and I am so glad! He was incredibly informative about each vehicle we test-drove, and was not pushy at all. The final negotiating process went as smoothly as possible, and the financing and pricing wound up about as we expected. Although the vehicle came without floor mats or a dvd remote, Sam followed up and got us everything within a very reasonable timeframe. On our first trip back for a final registration inspection, the service crew saw that I had both kids with me that day, and expedited the process in just over ten minutes! By the time we left, my kids were even begging to come back! All-in-all, the only surprise about Bernardi was how low-pressure and family friendly they truly are. We will definitely be back for our future auto purchases! More

I bought Honda Pilot from Bernardi Honda Brockton. It was a great experience. Very relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices. I felt very comfortable dealing with Mr. Bill Goodwin. He was prompt, to the point a great experience. Very relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices. I felt very comfortable dealing with Mr. Bill Goodwin. He was prompt, to the point and very proactive. He responded to all my questions and doubts very patiently. I had a question about some connections of the trailer hitch wiring; and he was as enthusiastic as I was to crawl under the car with me and have a look at it. I rarely find sales people who are ready to go that extra mile. Bernardi showroom did not try to sell me things I did not want. they explained me the options and costs well. My finance application took some time as there were other people in queue before me but once I was in with Chris, their financing guy, it took hardly few minutes. My car was ready on time. Bill was busy at that time but he asked Rafael to help me. He too was very helpful and forthcoming answering my questions about the operations of the vehicle and all its bells and whistles. I was looking to upgrade from a 2002 Honda CR-V to a newer vehicle. After extensive research we decided on Bernardi Honda of Brockton. Walking into the dealership I knew what I was looking for. I was gr newer vehicle. After extensive research we decided on Bernardi Honda of Brockton. Walking into the dealership I knew what I was looking for. I was greated by Sam Hasan and he was fantastic. He gave us everything straight. Eventually we drove home in a 2012 CR-V. I would highly recommend this dealer. More
