Bernardi Brockton I am not at all pleased with the Bernardi Brockton I am not at all pleased with the service department and pricing. 10:30 1/16/2014 I have a 2012 CRV and I called this morning abou Bernardi Brockton I am not at all pleased with the service department and pricing. 10:30 1/16/2014 I have a 2012 CRV and I called this morning about a problem that I was having with my battery going dead. First of all Bernardi Honda Brockton is not in the telephone book. You have to call Bernardi Hundi to get the Honda branch. When I finally got though to the right service department I told the person on the telephone that I was having trouble with the battery going dead, that I had the alternator tested and it was the determination of the non Bernardi service personnel that helped me with a jump that it was the battery. I asked the service person on the phone at Bernardi if the battery was covered by warrantee. He never asked the milage, but did tell me that it was covered but prorated and there could be an adjustment on a replacement battery if it was needed. He told me to come in and they would take a look at it. I took time off from work and drove to Brockton only to be told that the milage on the car, 38,000 plus voided any battery warrantee and a new one would cost $149. He said that it was most likely the battery as he never saw an alternator go bad in 38,000 miles. I was also told that you never top up a battery with water. Then why does it have caps just like the old batteries? If I am not supposed to open it up to check the water level, what am supposed I to do? Just wait until it leaves me stranded somewhere? Why did I have to drive to Brockton to find out that information? I realize that most folks do not have the ability to replace their own battery and you are in the business of not encouraging it. However, I feel that your service department could have asked a few more questions on the telephone, like milage and then informed me that there was no warrantee left on the battery. Further more why would I want to pay that kind of money for a 3 year battery, that left me stranded in less than 2 years? Last year my wife took the car in for its, maybe 12,000 mile oil change. I was shocked at the bill that was to change the oil, rotate the tires, look at the brake pads and check fluids. I could have gotten the same service at a nationally advertised chain service center for half that amount and I could have done it myself for about a quarter of the $125.00+ charged. Never again! This is the 5th CRV we have owned so it is obvious we like this model but, Bernardi is losing points points fast though. The 3rd CRV we owned we bought through your Natick store. We had a bad experience in closing that deal. We negotiated a price with sales and then the finance guy changed the numbers on the final price and insisted that it was what the deal was. We eventually got back to what we had originally agreed on. We went back to Bernardi this time only because you honored a quote from another dealer that was much lower than you had offered originally. This is why I am not happy with Bernardi! Yikes, I didn't read yelp reviews prior to purchasing my 2014 CRV but if I had, I likely would have gone elsewhere...luckly, I had a fairly pleasant experience. My sales person, Sam Casseus could not have been more pleasant or helpful. He seemed honest and upfront and did not pressure me at all. I would give him 5 stars. I gave Bernardi 3 stars because it took way too long to get out of there once the deal was done, further, I purchased an automatic start and expected it to be installed when I picked up the vehicle but it was not. I found that pretty irritating. Overall, the staff was quite congenial and the facility was comfortable and clean. More

Initially our experience was positive, however it declined very fast. Noone ever answers their phone or returns phone calls. They do not follow through with what they promised to do. My husband was in yesterday looking for our fourth Honda. Mike Martinez promised him a fair price and my husband drove back from the Bernardi dealership in Natick at the request of Mike. When he got to Brockton the price that they were offering were not in the range that we were looking for. This was my husbands second trip to the dealership yesterday. They were trying to take advantage of our situation that we needed a new car quickly. These types of antics are what give car salesman and dealerships a bad name. Also, some additional advice is to never by the extended car warranty or GAP insurance. A complete waste of money. If you ever have to get your money refunded like we did since our car was totaled two weeks after we purchased it. It is a painful process. Again, everyone tells you something different and they hold your money hostage. We will never be back. More

Ifyou buy a vehicle here you will regret it!! Go to weymouth honda I wish I did. They do not stand by their word and when it comes to servicing your vehicle they are crooks. My wife and 4 year old waited almost 3 hours a week ago for an oil change.they cancelled the free car washes they promised and my vehicle with 30 thousand miles which hasn't even wore out a pair of brake pads yet was told for 215 dollars they would turn my rotors.what a great deal that is, I can buy brand new ones cheaper than that. I am very glad that I ended up at this dealer they treated me with respect and really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle instead of pushing the latest deal. Let me say that this is the first time in my life that I am writing a review and of all things for a dealership. Yes! THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS AMAZING! The team of people I had literally just rocked. Lunel w am writing a review and of all things for a dealership. Yes! THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS AMAZING! The team of people I had literally just rocked. Lunel was our sales rep who was extremely informative, very patient, and asked all the appropriate questions and answered all of our questions and concerns. We felt very comfortable and relaxed because Lunel broke that stereotype for all salesmen that we hated. My husband loves his new car and we would recommend Lunel to anyone. We also worked with Chris in the finance department which went above, above and beyond to help with the financing. Loved his energy! At the end, my husband was even more impressed with Lunel because he sat with us in the car to help with personalizing/setting up the electronic system and summarized the maintenance. I will not go anywhere else to buy a car and most definitely will tell everyone to see Lunel at Bernardino Honda. Also, it's a great place to get your car serviced because there is a lounge area and a small diner to eat. Thank you Lunel, Chris, Mike for everything!! More
We wanted to purchase a safe reliable car while trading in our 2005 Jeep. The staff was very friendly, not pushy, and easy to work with. While they were inspecting my Jeep for it's trade in value they comped our lunch at the diner located in the dealership where we enjoyed a great burger. This was our first time purchasing a new car and Jim (sales agent) helped us stay within our budget and managed to get us everything we wanted in a car under budget! The dealership is about an hour away from my house but I will absolutely make the drive to buy my next car from them. More
