Highly Recommend! I recently visited Bernardi Honda to have some service work done on my car. While there I decided to look at the new Accords. I was in the market for a new car but wasn't sure what vehicle would be my next purchase. While walking around the lot the very friendly and smiling face of Lunel approached to see if we had any questions. He was easy to deal with...no pressure.....his approach was refreshing and unlike what I have experienced in the past while purchasing a new car. I am now driving my new 2014 Accord which I love. The price was right....no haggling...I was given a very fair trade-in on my old car and the customer service all around was excellent. Highly recommend Bernardi Honda of Brockton and most especially would recommend Lunel. I am in sales myself and I don't want the heavy pressure sales pitch....you won't get that from Lunel. He's knowledgeable, helpful and always has a smile on his face! Thanks Lunel, I will bring my husband there when he is ready to trade-in his Pilot. PS....kudos also go to the management, finance people and service department...all very friendly and understand the importance of good customer service. Each sales person wasting my time with Nissan of Dartmouth being the worse. I was referred to Bernardi Honda of Brockton and Lunel and I am greatfull for this. This no haggle atmosphere scared me at first but was the best thing that happened to me. I was able to look at several different models all within or below Kelly Blue Books fair price. Lunel was knowledgeable and was helpful in my decision for what would be best for my family. He was friendly and helped us even days after the sale had been processed. We felt like family at Bernardi with Lunel not a number. I know where I will be going for my next vehicle. More

His presentations regarding features were not only informative, but entertaining as well. He was well versed on all the aspects of the vehicle and the leasing program. The whole process was a pleasure in that all the members of the dealership were there to support this pleasant experience. With this experience in mind and knowing the reliability of Hondas my first thought was to return to Bernardi and deal with Lunel once again. After purchasing a Honda Certified vehicle, Lunel duplicated this positive experience of purchasing a car, compared to past experiences with other dealers. Great Rating When I walked through the door I was greeted at the customer service desk and I was appointed to a sales representative right away. Then john shields When I walked through the door I was greeted at the customer service desk and I was appointed to a sales representative right away. Then john shields introduced himself and walked us over to his desk. John showed us every step that we were going to take into owning a car, he worked with how we can budget ourselves and be able to afford what we wanted. John let us test drive the cars we were interested in even though it was not in our budget range but it gave us more of an idea of exactly what we wanted and in our price range. John also advised us about cheaper insurances out there that will fit in our budget.Steve from finance was also helpful working hard with the banks to get us approved. We also got to have lunch at Jimbo's diner located inside the gallery which was a great experience with an awesome menu and delicious food. Jim Roane remembered us from the year before and came to greet himself once again we couldn't get a car last year because we did not have any credit he actually gave us the advice to open a credit line to build credit. Jim also showed us the car before we left the lot with our brand new car. I had a wonderful experience at Bernardi I drove off the lot feeling brand new, thank you Bernardi for having hope in us getting a new car. More

The dealership is extremely clean without a lot of gimmicks. Everyone is very friendly and they really want to make the difficult situation of buying a new car as easy as possible. Lots of real smiles and easy conversations with everyone. What I especially liked was the openness of the management area. Discussions are made out in the open, except, of course, the final financial loan process of buying the new car. Every single office on the main floor has glass walls, so it's not intimidating at all. I received a fair trade-in for my 10 yr old Honda Accord. I was able to get accessories at reasonable prices and there weren't any problems with the pickup of my new car. I especially liked the wood-grain dashboard and console that I added as an accessory and it REALLY makes for a classy look - well worth the price and lots of colors to choose from! Also, just make sure you're given a review of how the dashboard works, have them link your phone with the Bluetooth and open the hood and have the engine explained to you. It's really a good feeling to leave the lot with this knowledge. When I went to the service area for the inspection sticker, the few people I talked to were very friendly and helpful. This area is wide open, bright and also extremely clean. The waiting area is huge and comfortable. In addition, there's a small diner-type restaurant right there. What more could you ask for, so check them out! More
