All around great experience! I went here a little over a month ago to spontaneously lease a new car. Because this was spontaneous and I was over-excited to get my first new car, I was a little bummed when they said the car would be ready the next day. So when I asked Joe if there was any way I could take it home with me that night, he said it might be tough considering the registry closed at 5 and it was about 4 when we sat down for the paperwork. Once that was all done he was literally running back and forth from their registry upstairs, and when I saw him walk towards me with the license plates I was elated with happiness and excitement. I would recommend this dealership, and Joe D of course to everybody! More

Joe brought me for a test drive on the vehicle that I wanted., he worked at getting me the price that I wanted and made sure that I was comfortable with everything. There was no pressure, they let me go home and talk with my husband. We returned the next day for another test drive and completed the transaction. When we picked up the vehicle they sat in the CRV with me and went thru the whole interior, what did what and set up my phone to sync with the car. This whole transaction was effortless. In both cases they worked very hard to make sure that I purchased the vehicle that was right for me and that I got a good deal both on purchase price and interest rate. I can also confidently say that this dealership stands by their products and advocates for the customer when necessary. My previous car was an Accord that unfortunately was having a mechanical issue. The wonderful people in the service department at Bernardi helped to make sure that the cost of the repairs would be covered under the Honda warranty. Without them it very likely may have turned into an out of pocket expense for me. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, they are friendly, respectful and handle all of their transactions with integrity. Highly recommend!! More

No accountability, poor business ethics I bought my Honda accord from them today. Very bad experience to quote, my sales person was William. Very rude guy, I have requested to the sales manager to change the sales person as I was not at all comfortable with him. Never ever reach out to him, other nice guys are there. Second thing is car DELIVERY. I have paid all the money 4 days back and I was promised car delivery to home. When I called them to get the delivery, sales manager says he is not aware of, finance manager said it was not me. No one took responsibility to deliver my car, back and forth calls but 0 results. I finally decided to go myself to pick up, but I was waiting there for 30 mins to get the car. Finally after long argument I got my car without inspection sticker. I have to travel back to get it. They dnot understand the value of your time. Better go to some other dealer. More
