In both cases they worked very hard to make sure that I purchased the vehicle that was right for me and that I got a good deal both on purchase price and interest rate. I can also confidently say that this dealership stands by their products and advocates for the customer when necessary. My previous car was an Accord that unfortunately was having a mechanical issue. The wonderful people in the service department at Bernardi helped to make sure that the cost of the repairs would be covered under the Honda warranty. Without them it very likely may have turned into an out of pocket expense for me. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, they are friendly, respectful and handle all of their transactions with integrity. Highly recommend!! More

No accountability, poor business ethics I bought my Honda accord from them today. Very bad experience to quote, my sales person was William. Second thing is car DELIVERY. I have paid all the money 4 days back and I was promised car delivery to home. When I called them to get the delivery, sales manager says he is not aware of, finance manager said it was not me. No one took responsibility to deliver my car, back and forth calls but 0 results. I finally decided to go myself to pick up, but I was waiting there for 30 mins to get the car. Finally after long argument I got my car without inspection sticker. I have to travel back to get it. They dnot understand the value of your time. Better go to some other dealer. More

2 hour wait for oil change and inspection sticker with appt! I arrived a few minutes early for my scheduled oil change and state inspection. i started dealing with one service person, then was told I had to go t I arrived a few minutes early for my scheduled oil change and state inspection. i started dealing with one service person, then was told I had to go to a different desk. The man there looked athis computer screen, not at me I told him my name and that I had an appt. He looked at the screen went out to my car and got mileage came back again and said are you here for the tires again never looking at me. I asked if he had a record of my appointment and he said yes oil change and inspection, He tried to sell me the bundled service which I was not interested in, again talking into his screen. After I signed the work order, he told me that he would get me out of there in 2 hours!!!!!! Excuse me I have an appointment for this service why 2 hours. Now he looked at me and tried to negotiate how long the service would take. I decided to leave at that point. He raised his voice and said how about 25 minutes. I left and went to a gas station down the road and had my sticker within 10 minutes. Oil change can wait. I hope there is not a medical reason, but I found it extremely rude to be dealing with a guy wearing a baseball cap in a business setting. More
