Bad Experience General Manager Sambo was very unpleasant to deal with and seemed uninterested in selling me a vehicle. Before going in, numerous times I communic General Manager Sambo was very unpleasant to deal with and seemed uninterested in selling me a vehicle. Before going in, numerous times I communicated my offer and my limited time. My offer didnt seem to be an issue so I finally decided to go in for a test drive. The sales person Mary had a good attitude for the most part and was willing to try to move forward with the purchase. Sambo comes out and literally says my offer was not worth his time to discuss. During this whole time, my wife and kids are in the car waiting for me and thinking we were going to purchase the vehicle. I already communicated my offer before hand and it was basically not enough of a difference for this rude approach. Sambo did call me after this and I returned his call but it has been roughly a week with no follow up call from him. For me to be willing to spend thousands on a vehicle and to be treated like this just highlights the lack of trust people have for dealerships. Plus, for me to be told Im wasting his time when I communicated my offer before coming in with my family was just rude. More

SHE TOLD ME TO LEAVE, I SAID I WANTED MY RECALL ADRESSED, SHE LEFT AND BROUGHT BACK THE GENERAL MANAGER TOM PASQUARELLA, I DO NOT KNOW WHAT SHE TOLD HIM, BUT HE CAME OUT VERY AGRESSIVE, WAS NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING I HAD TO SAY, JUST WANTED ME TO LEAVE, I SAID NO, HE ORDERED EVERYONE TO MOVE THEIR DESKS AWAY FROM ME, THEN HE CALLED THE POLICE ! ! ! I HAVE BEEN A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER FOR YEARS AT THAT GARAGE, WHEN IT WAS BERNARDI, I OWN A 2015 HONDA ACCORD LIKE NEW CONDITION, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MCGOVERN AGAIN, I THINK IT WOULD BE BEST FOR YOU TO DO THE SAME ! ! ! Horrible customer service- wish Bernardi didn't sell I am very disappointed with McGovern Honda in Brockton. They took over the former dealership that has worked on my car & my 1st interaction with this I am very disappointed with McGovern Honda in Brockton. They took over the former dealership that has worked on my car & my 1st interaction with this dealer was horrible. The service rep Lisa was not very helpful or knowledgable at all. They ordered parts 2 weeks in advance they are wrong and the staff & service did not even let me know when they would be in or offer to set up another appt. You must have a ton of businees and not need mine. I will be going elsewhere to a dealer who wants my money and can manage to hire people who offer a pleasant experience to paying customers. More

I felt a little anxiety because of all the negative things you hear about dealers (I'm not saying some of these things aren't true). I was introduced to Leo and immediately felt right at home. He greeted me and my little niece with a big smile and a strong handshake. He was professional and very knowledgable about the product. We explored the options of leasing vs owning and I chose the best that was for me. I then met Sam (finance) and he really did a great job in working with me to find the right fit for my budget. Very nice guy. Kudos to both Leo and Sam for taking the time to make my car shopping a smooth experience. I highly recommend these two guys. I'm going to enjoy my new 2017 CR-V More
Excellent service! Shout out to Mary Lopez! I own a 2013 Honda Odessy Touring that I bought new from Bernardo Honda before it became McGovern Honda. I traded in a 2010 Honda Odessy. I've had n I own a 2013 Honda Odessy Touring that I bought new from Bernardo Honda before it became McGovern Honda. I traded in a 2010 Honda Odessy. I've had nothing but positive experiences with my Honda and this dealership. All my service is done there and if you take care of the car and keep the service updated it will last for years. Last week I bought a used Honda CR-V for my daughter. Mary Lopez was the best car salesperson I've ever dealt with. From the financing to the look on my daughters face when she drove out of the dealership, Mary made the whole process effortless. I love my Honda and now so does my daughter. These cars are the best you can buy. More

HORRIBLE Used Car Buying Experience! AVOID! These people sold me a used 2009 Cadillac CTS with more issues than any buy-here-pay-here lot would. It first started with the broken radio, that I w These people sold me a used 2009 Cadillac CTS with more issues than any buy-here-pay-here lot would. It first started with the broken radio, that I was told by the salesman just needed to be reset.. 6 days later they received the radio they ordered, which was incorrect by the parts department, another week goes by and they are finally able to get the correct radio installed, I then took delivery on my vehicle for the first time 19 days after purchasing this car. Come to find out these subwoofer as well was blown in this car... at this point I wanted to turn the car in, they reassured me they would get the parts in and get the car to an acceptable standard. After making daily calls about the progress I was finally able to speak with a GM of this location, in which HE ADMITTED to me that in the change of ownership some departments are missing managers and such... and that this car hadnt been looked at by the service mechanics but they have now taken the time to make sure its 100 percent. Here I am after our first big storm this spring and I have STANDING WATER in the bottom of the passenger seat... how this could pass any service inspection is beyond me.. all I can say is, if you are looking at a used vehicle, DO NOT BUY FROM MCGOVERN HONDA More
Neglected Customers due to McGovern Transitioning I was beyond upset with my recent visit at McGovern Honda at 300 Manley Street in Brockton MA, formerly known as Bernardi. My boyfriend purchased a ve I was beyond upset with my recent visit at McGovern Honda at 300 Manley Street in Brockton MA, formerly known as Bernardi. My boyfriend purchased a vehicle from this location at the end of September and one of the reasons being that certain maintenance services needed like oil changes etc. would be covered under warranty. However, when we arrived for an oil change on 4/29/2017 we were surprised to find that this warranty would no longer be due to it being under Bernardi and not McGovern. Not only was my boyfriend not notified of this major change that would now effect his prior deal but he was told, after we waited for abut an hour with sales people scrambling around to verify what the issue was, sales person Anthony Putignano then appeared and stated that they cannot continue covering the cost for the oil changes as they did the last two times that he went for the service to be rendered. Despite the fact that no one informed him that the service was no longer covered under warranty and as a result they'd be the ones covering the cost. The sales person mentioned above spoke in a very rude manner and reported that he'd only speak to my boyfriend in regards to the vehicle after I voiced my dismay regarding the poor customer service displayed. My boyfriend agreed with my opinion even stating that he would've never purchased the vehicle from them if he knew things would turn out like this. On top of all that this man provided my boyfriend with a phone number to Bernardi, reported that it's their fault despite he and other sales people before him apologizing for the situation, and requested that he call them to clear up the matter, that should have been alleviated by them. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. There needs to be policy put into place for people who purchased vehicles prior to the transition to McGovern. These customers should not be neglected and by what took place today it's clear that they are. My boyfriend now has to fend for himself making phone calls to Bernardi to try to get his warranty back. Also, he was never told upon purchasing the vehicle that a switch was being made that would effect the terms of the deal that he signed off on. The reason being that they knew people wouldn't agree to get into such a contract if they knew. More
