Complain my salesman I bought my 2017 Honda Pilot in 01/01/2018 New Years Day. before I sign up sale purchase agreement I asked salesman to give me some deal for me ( oil I bought my 2017 Honda Pilot in 01/01/2018 New Years Day. before I sign up sale purchase agreement I asked salesman to give me some deal for me ( oil change) free for one year. He said need to ask his supervisor . After minute salesman come back said okay for that. Today i bring my car over there. A Service ask me to pay for oil change. I said no because a salesman promised me for free oil change for years. After that I talked to my salesman about it. He said he forgot what he answer. He checked all my information said I don’t have any paper sign for free oil change. I said I don’t know have to sign any papers about it. I thought a salesman already write a note on my file. I don’t mind to pay $30 dollar because I have coupon. At least let me know if dealer doesn’t have it for me. I’m returning customer too. Other car Honda CRV 2016 I bought in 2015 in November at McGovern Honda. They doing great exceptional job in previous years. Just why I coming back my car. In this case I so disappointed that in further I will not coming back this dealer no more. They break what they promised customers. If you don’t promise, you shouldn’t lie to customers. Thanks McGovern Honda doing anything for me. Today responsibilities for receiving my services staff Bill Harris service Advisor. He doing exceptional customer service. He explained anything to me. Awesome Experience buying a CRV with Mary Lopez! I was looking to get a new car and went to a few places before getting into this dealership. Ended up there with the best sales person I could ever imagine. Mary Lopez was beyond helpful. It was a plus that she is bilingual because my native language is also Spanish. Despite being very knowledgeable she has a great personality and made us feel very comfortable during the whole process. Meanwhile we waited for the paperwork to be signed we were provided with a great complimentary lunch. We never felt rushed neither pressured to take a quick decision. After signing papers Mary offered to adjust her schedule to meet our needs so we were able to pick the car up after work. I highly recommend working with Mary and this dealership! Very Positive Experience Originally went to this dealership to look at 2017 Honda CRVs. Test drove one and liked it but was out of budget for us. Started searching online including McGovern for gently used vehicles decided to test drive a small SUV at McGovern. Main reason was the salesperson, Michelle. Was treated with respect and was not pressured. Liked the used SUV but wanted to try some other vehicles we had seen online. Have to say was a bit pressured from the sales management but they met our desired monthly payments so we bought with them. I know the wheeling and dealing of car sales, don't really like it, but this transaction went very well and we can say it started and ended well because of Michelle. She is the salesperson to ask for if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. We also appreciate the help of the financial manage, Sam. He made the loan process easy. Will definitely recommend for car buying and will also use McGovern for service. More

The internet sales staff were prompt and responsive and the salesperson, Jose Branco was exceptionally accommodating as was the business manager Sam Casseus. This dealership beat the price of any dealer in MA or RI by well over $1000. I am lucky to have found this dealership. Incredibly accommodating!!! More
Bad Experience General Manager Sambo was very unpleasant to deal with and seemed uninterested in selling me a vehicle. Before going in, numerous times I communic General Manager Sambo was very unpleasant to deal with and seemed uninterested in selling me a vehicle. Before going in, numerous times I communicated my offer and my limited time. My offer didnt seem to be an issue so I finally decided to go in for a test drive. The sales person Mary had a good attitude for the most part and was willing to try to move forward with the purchase. Sambo comes out and literally says my offer was not worth his time to discuss. During this whole time, my wife and kids are in the car waiting for me and thinking we were going to purchase the vehicle. I already communicated my offer before hand and it was basically not enough of a difference for this rude approach. Sambo did call me after this and I returned his call but it has been roughly a week with no follow up call from him. For me to be willing to spend thousands on a vehicle and to be treated like this just highlights the lack of trust people have for dealerships. Plus, for me to be told Im wasting his time when I communicated my offer before coming in with my family was just rude. More
