Accident w/lease late Dec, 2023. Honda had vehicle for 8 mos. Vehicle has been returned many, many times. Auto insurance payed $13,000 plus for damages. Original issue still not fixed and picked up with additional problems. Here we are Feb, 2025 problems still not resolved, refuse to pay for defective lease. Walked in to dealer shop to test drive a new crv with Jason who was great. When i asked to see numbers General sales manager Paul Mcarthy said he wouldn’t run numbers unless i’m moving forward today. How are you suppose to buy a car without seeing lease and finance numbers. He totally wasted Jasons time who works off commision salary. If i was the GM i would be concerned who a General sales manager to speak to any clients in that manner. More
