The vehicle has less than 30,000 miles when paint has started to peel on the roof above the windshield. We made an appointment to have a service advisor document the issue. He took photos and told us the service manager (John) needed to see it. It took 2 weeks for this guy to call me and he left a message saying "it's not warrantable". The paint is clearly peeling with no impact marks. This is what you get when you spend $48,000 More

HORRIBLE SERVICE Bought a vehicle from Ocean Honda with extended warranty (Honda Care) then less than two years started having noise and looseness in steering column. Bought a vehicle from Ocean Honda with extended warranty (Honda Care) then less than two years started having noise and looseness in steering column. Brought to Ocean Honda and 2+ hours later was told they would have to order part. Rec'd a call about 2 weeks later, brought car in and was given a loaner car. Few days later rec'd a call that Honda Care would not cover problem with steering as it wasn't on the recall list. Drove our car home with the problem not repaired. Emailed owner John Veltri who advised car had been repaired and provided a copy of the work order. When I challenged the authenticity he did not reply. They were more concerned with selling us a newer vehicle than fixing ours. Service person even said to dump it and get another. Asked to be reimbursed for extended warranty we paid for but John Veltri didn't answer, again. Will NEVER, EVER, buy a vehicle from this dealership again!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! More
