Because he is no longer a salesman, he introduced us to Denis Lee, whom also showed us that the employees at Tasca are quality people. Denis walked Kaitlyn through the purchase process which was seamless. We wanted to finance the Mercury Milan to help my daughter build credit and upon speaking with Kyle Smith we did. He looked for the best loans available and we were very pleased with the results. Just today we recommended Tasca to someone that is looking for a car. I bought a new Jeep here just about a year ago. I am totally pleased. I also purchased the overcoat which has been great in keeping the dirt off in this New England weather.The sales staff were great an totally pleased. David was great. He BROUGHT the car to MY house for me to look at and test drive since my schedule just didn't allow for me to go there (and I have 2 little kids, very difficult to take them all the way t to look at and test drive since my schedule just didn't allow for me to go there (and I have 2 little kids, very difficult to take them all the way to Westerly for a test drive). After purchasing the car I had problems with it (check engine light came on), David came out to my house the day after I called him to take the car back to have it serviced. Due to a misunderstanding in the service department the problem was not addressed and the very day I got my new car back I still had a problem, I called David. The very next day he drove out to where I work to take my car and leave me a loaner. Who does that? He jumped right on the problem, didn't blow me off, didn't leave it my problem to get the car there. He's a great guy and he is definitely all about the customer and the customer's satisfaction. If you want to buy a car, see David, let him earn some commission! He deserves it and he will earn it and go above and beyond!! More

It was very low effort on my part, Jeff did an fantastic job catering to my needs and explaining everything in detail in language that I could understand as someone who is generally unfamiliar with the ins and outs of trading in a car. Don did an excellent job working to get me the best deal and keep my monthly payments where I needed them to be. By far this was the best experience I've witnessed in a car dealership. I left feeling as though I had been taken care of rather than ripped off (as has happened to me/family members before at other dealerships).
