We feel that anyone who reads this review should know that from the moment this review was written, we tried diligently to resolve this person’s issue without this review having to go live. Now that it has, we want everyone to know our side, as well. We take the Tasca Family Commitment of ‘You Will Be Satisfied’ very seriously, and do everything we can to ensure the satisfaction of every customer. This reviewer’s only real complaint seems to be that we were not honest about who she was to be meeting with for her appointment. However, in the last two weeks since this review was written, we have repeatedly requested that this reviewer provide her real name (which she refused). This would give us the opportunity to show her the ‘Appointment Confirmation’ email that is automatically sent with every appointment, that clearly states who their sales consultant is and to ask for them when they arrive. We surmise she must have overlooked this part, since even though she is ‘anonymous’, we were able to cross-reference certain information with our records to come up with an accurate determination who she is. With that information, we were able to look up and verify that not only was this email sent to her, but a ‘read receipt’ was returned, meaning the email was at least opened. The job of an Internet Manager such as David is to provide information over the internet and telephone, and set appointments to come to the showroom to meet with a sales consultant. We’ve had hundreds of internet appointments go off without a hitch, and without anyone thinking their appointment was with the Internet Manager (likely due to the emails that say their appointment is with a sales consultant). We tried explaining all this to the reviewer, but she chose not to respond. We wish the situation had turned out differently, but we wish the reviewer well and would be more than willing to speak with her again.
