Excellent Buying Experience I had not had any experience with this dealer before. The entire process from test drive to sales agreement to service/registration has been excellen I had not had any experience with this dealer before. The entire process from test drive to sales agreement to service/registration has been excellent. No pressure through the sale. Though not willing to work too much on the price, they did include an auto body repair in the sales agreement. The service staff were timely and excellent to work with too. There even was an issue with the vehicle title during registration that they took care of completely without any trouble to me. Overall experience, 5 out of 5. Thank you. More

Great Experience My wife and I were in the market for a new to us car. She was set on the Toyota Highlander. I found one on the lot at Tasca CDJR in Westerly, so my wi My wife and I were in the market for a new to us car. She was set on the Toyota Highlander. I found one on the lot at Tasca CDJR in Westerly, so my wife and I went down and to check if out. There we were greeted by Mike Metivier who showed us the vehicle. We weren't crazy about the vehicle for year and mileage...... but before leaving Mike said that he would check and see if any of the other Tasca dealerships had another Highlander, perhaps more of what we were looking for. Mike's son Don Metivier who is the dealerships manager, found one at one of there other dealerships. Mike said he would have the vehicle there the next day. The next day we went down to the dealership and the vehicle was exactly what we were looking for. With in an hour or so I was given a trade amount for my vehicle and a price on the Highlander that was too good to pass up. I was skeptical of financing through the dealership as I had already secured a low rate at my personal bank. Kyle Smith was able to beat the rate giving me a rate under two percent. Prior to leaving the dealership we were thanked by Michael Tasca who spent a few minutes chatting with us about the purchase. My wife and I will most definitely use this dealership again. More

We saw David and he was one of the most friendly car salesman we've ever met. We could actually have a real conversation with him without feeling pushed into the deal. We were trading in a car so we brought the title with us and had a trade in price in our mind. We were ready to deal! From past experience in other dealerships we figured we were going to be there for a few hours. Boy were we wrong. Tasca gave us what we wanted for our car without even bickering. And we were happy with the price on the Grand Cherokee. It was one of the easiest purchases we've ever done. Then we went to see Kyle for financing. Kyle is the type of person that believes in working for his customer. He got us an extremely low interest rate for our used Jeep. Lower than the new car loans. We were so surprised because most finance guys we've met are all about , what can we sell you. We also met the owner. He came out and introduced himself and thanked us for buying a car from them . We've never had a owner from dealership come out and personally thank us and tell us if we have any problem to please let him know. Our overall experience was great. 2011 Jeep Liberty Walking into this dealership was the easiest car buying experience that I have ever had. The staff was awesome and courteous to my wife and sister in law and myself. The made us feel welcomed and like family. I would recommend them too anyone I know that is interested in purchasing a new auto. Even with dealing with the transition of building a new state of the art facility they were all right on the ball. Can't wait to see their new building this fall, they deserve it with their customer service. Even got to meet the owner, Mike Tasca, a young talented business man that has a lot of interest in his customers. Only dealership I know of that also gives a 90 day bumper to bumper warranty. There may be many sales associates attached to dealerships, but the 'service area' is the fundamental aspect one should seek in a quality dealership, such as Tasca. I have an intrinsic understanding of automobiles, as my past experience entails working with a host of dealerships in Rhode Island and South Eastern Massachusetts. The capacity of being a radio technician, in which I serviced many dealerships, brought me to meet all personnel from the upper levels, right down to the service area where my experience is pertinent. Tasca's flagship dealership is located in Cranston, Rhode Island. Tasca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a relatively new dealership, accompanying the main dealership. Tasca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is located in Westerly, Rhode Island; a little distance from Cranston in which I live. By the way, I believe that Taylor Swift recently purchased a home in Westerly. Irrespective of such, I contacted Tasca prior to bringing my vehicle in for warranty repairs. Many phone conversations took place, and each, and every time customer service was very courteous and polite. In addition to this, the Service Manager Paul Fortin kept me informed fully by phone, as well as sending e-mails which entailed technical aspects regarding the steps. This is the main ingredient that the consumer wishes to see in a dealership; communication. When communication is not present, or forthcoming, it presents a variable of uncertainty to the customer. However, I found no such diversion from Tasca, rather a professional approach to addressing customer concerns. Upon taking delivery of my vehicle, Paul Fortin walked me through all the steps in which items were replaced, and pointed out the work performed. Paul was very deliberate in providing an explanation as to the defects to the vehicle; that were corrected the first time. Many customers have a distaste for returning the vehicle a second or third time to correct problems. However, Tasca hit the benchmark, and proceeded further with expertise, and skill. I can speak of these qualities, due to the fact that my prior experience is associated with many dealerships. The personnel, especially Linda were very pleasant, and made each feel at home. Needless to say, if any seek to service their vehicle, Tasca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is outstanding in all aspects. If any need a shuttle driver, George is always available. George is one whom many will enjoy speaking with, and his prior experience has many high quality traits. George is not the everyday taxi driver, but has much to offer in the way of professional courtesy, and maintains a great deal of knowledge. In that being said, not any can go wrong. More

Decent salesmen, but don't bother emailing. I first heard about Tasca after doing searches through USAA and Navy Federal. They each set me up with different dealers in the area. I ended up going to Tasca first after emailing David LeGates. Through emails, he stated he was not a salesman, but rather a Certified Dealer and a USAA Representative. I set up an appointment with him to discuss different options and printed out the materials USAA provided me. However, I did not actually get to meet David. Instead, I was bumped over to a salesman because David was "just the internet guy." I don't expect special treatment or help because I use USAA, but it would have been nice if they had been honest about who I would be seeing and the fact that he would not be providing any extra information as stated. Since they were under construction, they didn't have many options for me on the lot, but we did talk about several cars on other lots. We almost struck a deal with one, but they were still a little over the USAA price we were quoted. After we left Tasca, we went to another dealer and bought a car off their lot. When I'm in the market for another vehicle, I'll probably try Tasca again, but I won't waste time emailing them again. More
