I have been going to Tasca CDJ for years for service on my Jeeps and was always more than pleased with the customer service. Over the years we have purchased several vehicles from the various Tasca dealerships and by far the team at Tasca CDJ is the best! Since I already had my mind se on the make, model, option packages and color, it only came down to the price. My salesman Mike went above and beyond to get me the best deal for the price I wanted. After only a few minutes of negotiations it was done with a handshake. Two days later I sat down with Don to sign all the docs. He walked me through everything and even got me a better rate than the pre-qual I walked in with! I couldn't be happier!!! Everyone at Tasca CDJ is always and has always been terrific but I have to give a huge thank you to Mike and Don for my new truck! More

Sales representative, Mike, and manager, Don, were frank and fair from the start, and it was clear that the conversation was not one-sided...they listened to my concerns and requests and we worked together to finalize a good deal. I traded in a Honda minivan for a pre-owned Wrangler Sahara. The trade-in amount was decent and the final price of the Wrangler was competitive amongst local dealerships. When my husband and I returned the following day to complete the transaction and pick up the Jeep, we decided to drive to a local beach town for lunch. As we were driving, we noticed that the vehicle was sluggish and one of the rear wheels was smoking, so we quickly returned to the dealership. Mike and Don responded immediately and brought it over to the service department, where they replaced both brakes. We obviously weren't thrilled about the brake seizing, but we were satisfied with the team's response and the service department's professionalism and speed of service. We're hoping that is the only trouble we will have with the vehicle but are reassured by the 90-day complete warranty Tasca offers. I recommend taking the drive to Westerly. The sales and service department were a pleasure to deal with and we were excited to bid our van farewell and take the top off the Wrangler to enjoy the summer sun! More

Not only did we find the perfect convergence of all our demands at Tasca Westerly, but we also lucked into a great group of people. They gave us a fair price on the trade-in of our old Toyota minivan (175,000 miles) and structured a deal with the trade-in, money down and a loan (at 1.9%!!). And, they had no problem with letting us take the vehicle to our mechanic for assessment. Buying a car is always stressful. You're worried about a good deal, honest salespeople and getting the best price. But, we found ourselves at ease with Mike Metivier, who worked with us on the sale, and Don Metivier, who processed the paperwork. And, while we were signing papers, Mike Tasca happened to walk into the office. He was very gracious and appreciative of our business, gave us his card, etc. Definitely the best car buying experience we've ever had. We got the value out of our old van, a 2011 black Rubicon with 53,000 miles, and a dealership we will be returning to for any future buying needs. And, of course, our daughter is beyond thrilled. I started by LiveChat-ing with David LeGates online to see if the vehicle was still available. David told me that it was available and that he would put me in touch with one of his salespeople. That night, I went to look at the vehicle and started talking with Roland. I liked the vehicle options and wanted to see if the numbers would work. Roland asked me what I wanted for my trade. Roland then introduced me to Don, who then took the car I was trading for a test drive. I knew what my car was worth, and had been low-balled by other locations, with them claiming that they were doing me a favor by giving me so much for a vehicle. Tasca (Don), on the other hand, gave me exactly what I was expecting, without the need to haggle or negotiate. Tasca also had some of the best pricing I have seen in my search for a vehicle. In fact, It had far better options with lower miles and less cost than any competitor that I could find available now. Also, I had other dealers as soon as I walked in the door try to get me to give them my social security number right off the bat so that they could run my credit up front. Roland and Don waited until the numbers were agreed upon before even considering running my credit, which is a breath of fresh air in most dealings for car buying. After working the numbers, it seemed as though I might have to walk away from the deal due to the negative equity in my trade. When I left on Monday night, the numbers were just too high. I attempted to get my own financing, but the numbers were still not working. I decided to give Don a call on the off chance that he might have gotten a better rate. When I talked with him, he told me I was going to love him. He had found me a far better rate than what I was paying on my current car. I had a cutoff point for the cost for the highest amount I wanted to pay per month, and Don, in his tireless work, made it so that he came in lower than my cutoff by $10. I told him to put a sold tag on the vehicle. When I showed up to get the vehicle and sign the paperwork, he told me since I was putting a little bit more down, he could actually beat his previous offer. This lowered the payment another $20 and lowered the rate 1%. I cannot say enough good about what Tasca has done for me in getting me into my 2011 Grand Cherokee. With their no haggle pricing and fair trade value for my vehicle and hard work from start to finish on this deal, all while being no pressure, it was a relief from other car sales that I have had in the past. I have already started recommending them to friends in the market for new or used vehicles and will continue to do so. The drive to Westerly from Massachusetts was worth every minute. More

My husband and I have been struggling to find a minivan for our ever growing family and had a very unfortunate experience with a dealer in our town. We almost stopped our search until my husband decided to take a trip to Tasca Westerly where he met Mike. He came home and told me how wonderful Mike had been and how hard he had worked to help our family. We picked up our minivan today! Mike was wonderful and welcoming and went out of his way to give us the car of our dreams. He went the extra mile to have our tires cleaned and even handed me a flower after we had finished signing our papers. In our meeting with Don, he answered all of our questions and went through each document so that we completely understood the material. They were so kind to us and helped us find a car that we could afford. Thank you for making our dream come true! More

Excellent price on my trade in too. Now some dealers will follow you around the lot and be kind of pushy but not at Tasca, the staff was very nice and friendly, not pushy at all. The purchase of my ram 1500 crew cab was nice and smooth, even while they are going through a renovation everything was neat and organized! I would definitely recommend Tasca . More
