Service section rocks! I brought my 2016 Jeep Cherokee because it was making a rasping type noise on the front passenger side. ‘UCB like a bearing going bad. They took it I brought my 2016 Jeep Cherokee because it was making a rasping type noise on the front passenger side. ‘UCB like a bearing going bad. They took it in and at first diagnosed as a brake pad / rotor sound (rotors were rusted and then as a wheel bearing issue. I replaced all, but the sound persisted. They took it back and re-evaluated for no extra charge. They found that it was the driveshaft after all - a free repair as it was under warranty. It was fixed and ready for me that day. More
