Good Experience It was a pleasure dealing with Darren. My daughter and I drove the 1999 Dodge Ram Diesel to Tasca Monday, morning, April 11. My husband and I drove from Batavia, NY, with no blinker lights and no brake lights. A dealership in Batavia looked for a solution but we didn't have the time to wait. When we arrived back in CT April 6, we called Tasca on Thursday, April 7. Our appt. was for Monday 8 a.m. My husband was taken to the hospital with Influenza A (for Awful) on Sunday. I dealt with Darren and relayed info. to Dick. Dick said go ahead and get all fixed that needs it. We picked up the truck on Thursday, April 14. When Dick drove the truck home, he said he has never felt the truck drive so smoothly. Darren explained everything to us and made sure we understood and could ask questions. Honest, Friendly, and the best Dodge dealer I have visited I am from New Jersey, and was driving to a work event in Rhode Island Thursday 3/17/2016. I was driving along route 95 north when my car started to o I am from New Jersey, and was driving to a work event in Rhode Island Thursday 3/17/2016. I was driving along route 95 north when my car started to overheat. I was able to pull off at the next exit and shut the car down. I called AAA to come and tow me to the nearest Dodge dealership. Luckily the tow driver towed me to Tasca in Westerly RI. There I was meet by a very helpful gentleman, named Darren. He took all my information down, and assured me they would get the car fixed as soon as possible. Over the next two days Darren communicated with me several times, about parts and his communications with my fleet management. I received a call from him on Friday 3/18/2016 telling me the car was all ready to be picked up. I picked the car up on Saturday 3/19/2016 and was greeted by service manager Paul. He was friendly courteous, and efficient. I would be remiss if I did not mention , the women who answer the phones, and the general manager Paul. What a positive experience !! Almost hope I break down in westerly again. More
