Quick friendly service My car (a Ford Excape -- not a Chrysler or Jeep!) was running off the battery and needed a jump start to even get going. We made it to the Tasca dealership, who cheerfully offered to test the alternator and battery, and then quickly replaced the alternator while we waited (in air conditioned comfort -- a real blessing in this heat wave). Very Poor!!! , In Sales to Service Experience I went to purchase a Jeep ,never been to this Dealership before"My first time . I am a professional and employed for over 29 yrs. I made a deal with a I went to purchase a Jeep ,never been to this Dealership before"My first time . I am a professional and employed for over 29 yrs. I made a deal with an auto i wanted and had several issues and wanted them address . The service manager came out and was with Sales manager arguing on the items i requested in front of me , telling me he was not going to do . I explained the deal was already agreed to., and i told him he needs to adjust his ways and approach to their customers as i am right here as the buyer. This continued with the service manager and the sales manager said nothing . I was a little beside myself with this and talk to the sales guy i had about this poor , negative , nasty experience. I call the VIP customer relations manager and as well emailed her, asking for a phone call that i never received back!! I was told the Jeep was ready , detailed and there for the pickup around 2pm . I did not make it that day and would be in the morning next day to pick up . I was at captain jacks with my wife in RI and on returning stop by dealer was around 8:30pm , i went to see the Jeep and nothing was done with detailing as all the stickers were still on , and i found all the doors unlocked . I was very upset to say the least as i all already paid for this jeep and this is how they take care of my personal asset. They just don't care !! I called VIP and emailed customer care again and she never called me back . I went to dealership to pick up my jeep and explained to sales guy i was not happy seeing my jeep unlocked and was not ready for pickup as he told me ... So we started the final stuff ,insurance etc, and the sales guy tells me there is no remote to the jeep as it was not with the jeep when they got and was not going to come with one . I told him this is a jeep dealership and you can not get a remote for this jeep ? He said sorry we are not getting you a remote . I told him the deal is off , i am sorry. He did not care at all and the Sales manager did not come out of his office to see me about issue, what is up with this. I asked for my money back and to cancel contract . The attitudes were so distasteful to say the least, i had to pressure my sales guy ,i was not leaving until this takes place again no sales manager to me just back and forth with my sales guy . I had been waiting awhile before sales manager asked me in , it ended with you will have your refund of your down payment couple days as it comes from corporate office. It has been 4days now and no refund has been sent by their corporate office ... I am 55 yrs old and my wife and I will never buy from any of there deanships, their VIP rep is a joke and they are not customer friendly it"s all about their bottom line $$$ and work for the paycheck not customers in my experience. More
