We loathed going and put it off for as long as possible. Millions of questions running through our heads, "What if we can't afford anything?" "I need to drive a million cars, before I buy one, will they let us?" "We know nothing about this, we are totally going to get taken advantage of." It was nerve wracking to say the least. Luckily, we met a phenomenal sales rep, named Al. Over the course of a week, a few test drives, and 5 visits, we finally found THE car. This never would have happened if we had any other sales rep. Al was not pushy, gave us honest advice and took care of us from beginning to end. My husband went and picked up the car on Saturday because I was out of town - Al gave him the run down of the car and all the features - then on Monday morning he called me to make sure that I was all set and if I had any questions. He invited me down to the dealership so that he could go over all the features (again) with me. "Really? I don't want you to have to do that, you have other things to do, I can figure it out" was my response. Al insisted that I come down and have him sync my phone and show me all the features that my new car has to offer. I would highly recommend going to TASCA for a new or used car and I would STRONGLY recommend that you see Al in Westerly - there truly is no one out there that will take care of you and listen to what you need and want like he will. We will miss working with him, but know that when we need another car, we have a reliable, honest man who is looking out for us and will take the time to find us another perfect car for our family.
